Positive points: clean room, breakfast (buffet), minibus schedules for Santa Maria+ Ponta Preta, nearby to the beaches, several swimming pools, Points négatifs : manque de vie nocturne et animations, l'espace sport libre extérieur à réfaire, + a very unpleasant receptionist who didn't want to hear anything (not wants us to pay the amount of stay fee indicated on our reservation but good Trip customer service management)

All right.Location is not the best but center and beach are easily reachable Good breakfast.

I had a few initial issues with the electricals in the room which the manager Miguel sorted quickly, lovely guy. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle bus into Santa Maria meant could enjoy a nice sandy beach. Quiet location with restaurant and bar and nearby mini market.

Exceptional !!! Location at the top very clean beautiful room and the kindness of Sandra at the top and her colleagues really very nice we really advise this hotel for really perfect salt !! If we have to come back, we will take this hotel back without hesitate !!

Melia Hotel is divided into Melia Dunas and Sol Dunas, both of which belong to Melia. In the same place, the facilities are shared one after the other, but Sol guests can go to Melia for dining and vice versa. The hotels are all white. Un hotel de 4 estrellas que para el país en el que estamos está perfecto. Nosotros solo reservamos con desayuno para poder hacer más actividades pero no sé si ofrece la opción de todo incluido. Personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones con aire acondicionado y minibar. Cruzas la calle y está la playa, relación calidad precio un poco elevada para el tipo de hotel pero recomendable. Just the standard RUI Hotel setup…unable to get a booking in any of the specialty restaurants. Buffet restaurants the same repetitive food. Polite cleaning staff. Reception staff need to be more customer focussed I arrived at 8pm given a keycard and a map and pointed in the direction of the room…no one to help with baggage. Requested late checkout on the RUI app had it confirmed and then I find keycard not working on the day after spending the morning by the pool headed to reception was told I should have requested this at reception…at no point in time did the app state this. I was told that the bell boy had put a note under my door..that’s ok if I could actually get into the room to read it, but there was no note ! Would not say this is a 5* hotel more a 4*.

The best hotel in the whole island of Sal, except for Riu, is Hilton. Unfortunately, there is no Riu at the time of booking, but Hilton is very new, the decoration is very beautiful, and the facilities in the room are very modern. The hotel swimming pool is very large, the beach is outside, the greening is very good, the photo is beautiful, but the room is a little far from the beach, only half of the sea view room.
