Hotéis com Pools em Puntarenas, Costa Rica

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shana and found the room, facilities and staff excellent. The breakfast, the bar and the dinners were equally excellent and the beach was also an added bonus. We plan on returning to Shana on our next visit it Costa Rica.

They spoil you here! They have a WhatsApp set up for their guest services and it made it all the more spoiled. I was at the spa and I needed ice for my drink that I brought there and all I did was message and they brought it right to me. The food was great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was free shuttle service to Agua Azules and the town, which was perfect because we booked parasailing with Agua Azules and they dropped us off right at there steps. The room was clean. The property was beautiful. We got to see sloths, iguanas, and monkeys! The monkeys were right outside our hotel building (we booked a vista suite) when checking out.

Unbeatable experience with kitchen and open bathroom, full breakfast

wonderful place surrounded by nature - maccaws monkeys humming birds visiting daily. easy to get to the beach or town via the reglar cheap shuttle bus. sweetest host and doggies. breakfasts deserve a michelin star

This is a fairly standard all inclusive. Staff was friendly and helpful and property was nice. Food was good as well. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay. Rooms need renovation at this point. I would still recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable priced all inclusive.

Our stay at the resort was wonderful. The owner was personally involved and met with the customers. Food was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The facilities were fair, rooms and bathrooms need upgrades. Room service was hard to order. The roads need to be fixed, paving the Main road into the resort would make driving to the facility easier.

Sehr schönes Resort mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Sehr schön sind auch der Pool und die Pool Bar. Super fanden wir auch den Fitnessbereich. Sehr groß und exzellent ausgestattet. Nicht so schön fanden wir, dass es kaum Tageslicht in unserem Zimmer gab (Standardzimmer im Erdgeschoss) und das Restaurant. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen waren nicht alle Optionen gut. Das Personal im Restaurant war zu Stoßzeiten sehr überfordert. Folglich mangelhafte Koordination und lange Wartezeiten. Dennoch waren sie immer sehr freundlich. Wir würden immer wieder Proaktiv nach Allergien gefragt, die Antwort (kein Weizen) darauf wurde aber stets ignoriert und zu keinem Zeitpunkt berücksichtigt. Eine Frechheit war das Breakfast to go, als wir vor dem Frühstück los mussten: ein ungetoastetes geschmacklostes Toastbrot und ein Apfel für sage und schreibe 15 USD. Das geht gar nicht! Was uns sehr gestört hat ist das Klientel des Hotels, oder zumindest ein Teil davon, der am stärksten negativ auffällt: Größere Gruppen von US-Amerikanern, für die Urlaub gleichzusetzen ist mit einem kollektiven Besäufnis. Diese Gruppen waren entsprechend immer sehr sehr laut am Pool und im Restaurant. Das hat die Entspannung teilweise unmöglich gemacht.

The cleanliness of the hotel was kinda of disappointing. Our room didn't appear to be properly cleaned. Bath towels were all over the place, and there was even a rotten mango on the nightstand. Hotel staff was friendly, and they have a nice pool.

Хороший отель, расположение супер! Персонал отзывчивый и старается помочь во всём! Хороший завтрак . Красивый бассейн . С номером нам повезло, он выходил на бассейн. И очень здорово , что можно сделать кофе в номере.
