"This hotel is still in its soft opening phase, and if you get the chance, I highly recommend staying here for at least one night to enjoy a world of luxury at an affordable price. Each room can comfortably fit four adults, so sharing it with friends makes it a truly great deal! Privacy is a priority here; each room has its own dedicated elevator, and you simply scan your key card for it to take you directly to your floor. When you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a large living room stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. Moving up two steps, there is an enclosed bedding area featuring a sofa. It doesn't have a door, but rather a curtain for privacy. A few more stairs lead you up to the guest bathroom. Further inside is the main bathroom, which is absolutely massive and beautifully designed with a black marble bathtub, a Japanese smart toilet room, a separate shower room, and twin basins. It is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need, but the standout touches were a lovely rose mask and a very high-quality hairbrush. Beyond that is the master suite, featuring a huge, comfortable bed and a chaise lounge. They offer a pillow menu where you can choose your preferred type. However, my friend asked the butler to bring a lavender pillow, but unfortunately, it was never brought to the room. As we were celebrating our birthdays, the staff put up a simple but lovely decoration, gifted us a small cake, and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. We spent the afternoon—and part of the next morning after breakfast—at the pool area. It features a spectacular plant wall, which is certified by the Guinness World Records as the largest semi-indoor vertical garden, alongside several small pools infused with different mineral waters. The only downside was the breakfast. While there was some variety, it unfortunately did not meet the high luxury standards of the rest of the hotel, and there is definitely a lot of room for improvement in this area."

No entanto, você precisa alugar um cabo se precisar carregar o celular. O depósito é de 50 MOP. Dois pontos precisam ser melhorados: primeiro, eles precisam devolver o depósito em uma semana após a devolução do cabo. Segundo, os funcionários que lidam com esse problema não são simpáticos. E a cantina do hotel vende comida asiática. As porções são suficientes, mas a comida não está quente o suficiente. Parece comida pré-cozida. O hotel fica a apenas 1 minuto do aeroporto. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive. The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel. Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau."

Essa localização conveniente permite acesso fácil e rápido a pontos icônicos como o Venetian, o Londoner, o Parisian e o Galaxy, que fica em frente ao hotel."

"Reserva tardia, mas o check-in foi rápido e eficiente. Também ganhamos um upgrade gratuito para uma suíte no andar executivo do clube, então o quarto era bem espaçoso. Também fizemos check-out tardio às 15h. Quando saímos, o hotel nos ajudou a chamar um táxi, o que foi muito conveniente, mesmo sem traslados para o cassino. Há restaurantes locais nas proximidades."
