"This hotel is still in its trial operation, and the front desk service was a bit chaotic with insufficient staff, leading to slow work efficiency. I tried to check in after 4 PM, but there was no room available. The deposit was MOP 2,000, and I was told it would be refunded within 14 days upon checkout. Although it was refunded the following evening, it's the first time in Macau I've encountered a hotel that doesn't refund the deposit on the same day. The hotel's decor is luxurious, but the smell of new renovations hasn't dissipated. The design is quite winding and has too many mirrors, making it easy to get lost. The room was spacious and clean enough, but lacked attention to detail. Going to the restroom or living room required constantly going up and down stairs, which would be difficult for elderly guests. There's only a panda pavilion nearby, but the coffee shop downstairs has good food and drinks. The hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle service, so you have to take the light rail or public bus. Overall, there's room for improvement."

No entanto, você precisa alugar um cabo se precisar carregar o celular. O depósito é de 50 MOP. Dois pontos precisam ser melhorados: primeiro, eles precisam devolver o depósito em uma semana após a devolução do cabo. Segundo, os funcionários que lidam com esse problema não são simpáticos. E a cantina do hotel vende comida asiática. As porções são suficientes, mas a comida não está quente o suficiente. Parece comida pré-cozida. O hotel fica a apenas 1 minuto do aeroporto. "Reserva tardia, mas o check-in foi rápido e eficiente. Também ganhamos um upgrade gratuito para uma suíte no andar executivo do clube, então o quarto era bem espaçoso. Também fizemos check-out tardio às 15h. Quando saímos, o hotel nos ajudou a chamar um táxi, o que foi muito conveniente, mesmo sem traslados para o cassino. Há restaurantes locais nas proximidades."
