Temos UMA estadia absolutamente maravilhosa neste hotel por 7 dias.O serviço FOI excelente desde o início até o final. Uma especial gratidão para as recepcionistas, a Sra. Tayara e a Sra. Fatima, que foram incrivelmente gentis, úteis e bem-vindos, tornaram a nossa estadia Mais confortável. O hotel também oferece comida deliciosa para o pequeno-almoço, que realmente gostámos.Tudo estava bem preparado e satisfatório. Em geral, UMA Grande experiência com um serviço excelente.Recomendamos que você fique aqui novamente!

This is way over our expectations. Excellent value for stay, everything is brand new. Room cleaning service is outstanding, we returned everyday with a fresh clean room. We arranged a baby cot and it was lovely too.  Some breakfast options are also available in addition to our booking. Which was quite nice too, as we had prepared to cook our own breakfast. Parking facilities is outstanding, extremely safe, and with lift access. Also very easy to order takeaways. I received calls from the lobby to inform the food arrival instead of speaking to courier directly, which is very language friendly. Large shopping centre and multiple supermarkets at the walking distance. 

Хорошее местоположение, вкусный завтрак, отзывчивый персонал, парковка. Расположен в центре города, до старого города Калеичи можно дойти пешком, набережная тоже рядом

Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

O prédio do hotel é lindo e fica bem ao lado da praia. O único problema é que o ar-condicionado nunca funcionava. Era no andar mais baixo, mas nunca refrigerava o quarto. A maioria dos funcionários era simpática e prestativa, mas os funcionários do restaurante do 10º andar poderiam ter sido um pouco mais simpáticos e receptivos. O hotel tem uma bela área de piscina, com um ótimo happy hour.

Não é a primeira vez que EU fiquei Neste hotel.Como sempre o serviço Na altura.Pedi para escolher as quartos, ver e escolher Mais que gostei. Toda a gente é limpa e de manhã, a água é trazida. A vista é Muito bonita. O jantar está piorando, a escolha é menor e a escassez de recursos para esta categoria de hotel.Bem-vindo Spa, Pessoal, especialmente não-russo-sensor muito bem-vindos (a menina-cossack comunica à frente, há chuva desagradável). Também é bom cair perto Da piscina.No balcão é UMA mentira confortável.E desta vez houve vestidos de tamanho novo e macios.Por que não havia chapéu de chuveiro e molho de pasta, não é claro comer, às vezes não. Foi Muito bom ter o elogio do hotel - UMA placa de fruta e UMA garrafa de vinho.Obrigado, EU certamente Voltarei. É Muito bom que o Pessoal responda rapidamente às perguntas.Muitas pessoas de língua russa.

If you are staying in old town . I definitely recommend this hotel for you. Very vintage rooms. They also provided good breakfast.

В отеле «Ретро Стар» останавливались втроем с ребенком перед отдыхом в Алании. Решили посмотреть достопримечательности. Очень понравилось. В отеле уютно и чисто. Небольшая чистая кухня: свч, вытяжка, электроплита, холодильник, посуда-кастрюля, сковорода, чашки, тарелки, моющее средство с губкой. Кондиционер работает, душ с горячей водой. Приносят воду -1,5 л и 2 маленьких бутылочки.Полотенца меняли каждый день. Для ребенка в комнате раскладывается диван, где поместятся е один человек. Персонал дружелюбный и готов прийти на помощь. Из аэропорта доехали на авто, дорогу нашли сразу. Брали в аренду автомобиль, стоял на стоянке возле отеля.От пляжи Коньялты метров 100. Рядом отличные закусочные, донеры,ходили в Тавук, недалеко небольшой магазин Карефур. Обменники выгодны в другом районе Анталии. В этом районе мало. Кто-то писал, что мешает «живая музыка»из соседнего бара, но нам было не критично: закрывали окна и включали кондиционер. Действительно, часов до 23.00 музыканты из этого бара пытаются докричаться песнями до окрестностей Анталии. Эта проблема актуальна для всех окрестных отелей!

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.
