From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the bellboy immediately took my luggage – I didn't have to lift a finger the entire time. The front desk staff were efficient and incredibly kind during check-in, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local authentic eateries, saving me the hassle of planning. The room was super spacious with breathtaking river views; the dazzling lights of Hongyadong at night were simply stunning. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, providing instant relaxation.
All drinks in the minibar were complimentary and restocked daily. The Chongqing-specific snacks and custom bottled water were a lovely touch. High-end amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and daily face masks really elevated the sense of refinement. The dining experience at the hotel was also exceptional. Breakfast offered a vast array of choices, with authentic Chongqing noodles made to order and tasting truly original. Serving until 10:30 AM was a blessing for those of us who struggle to wake up early.
The Chinese restaurant's dishes were exquisite and delicious. The chef even meticulously explained the ingredients and cooking methods – every bite was a delight. The executive lounge service was also incredibly attentive, always ready to assist, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. All staff members I encountered were exceptionally professional, whether at the front desk, house-keeping, or in the restaurant. Communication was prompt and patient, and any requests were quickly addressed. That feeling of being completely looked after, truly made me feel at home.
This stay was absolutely perfect. I couldn't find a single fault, from the hardware facilities to the soft services. Because of this hotel, I've grown to love Chongqing even more! Next time I visit Chongqing, I will definitely choose Regent again. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality experience!👍

Room service was prompt and attentive, with thorough cleaning that didn't disrupt my stay. The dining area staff were polite, proactive, yet discreet. Throughout my stay, the service procedures were standardized, and the staff were friendly and patient. They responded quickly to my requests, showing excellent judgment. The facilities were well-maintained and functional, and the cleanliness met high standards, which was reassuring. There was no excessive upselling, making for a fair and comfortable experience. It's suitable for both business travel and casual stays, offering outstanding value for money.

AAnonymous UserChongqing Beibei Banyan Tree Hot Spring Hotel is an established brand – definitely a must-visit! It's located inside North Park, right next to Wenquan Temple. Being a bit far from the city, the scenery is absolutely stunning. After checking into Banyan Tree, you have constant access to their outdoor garden hot springs. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to experience them this time, but I'll make sure to go earlier next time to try out their garden hot springs. Of course, every room also has a private hot tub! Owen's service was also excellent. Facing the Jialing River, surrounded by green mountains and clear waters, it’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle – absolute relaxation!

AAnonymous UserThe 54-square-meter room is very spacious and bright, meeting the standards for apartment functionality and facilities. It was cleaned very well and was tidy, which deserves praise. However, the facilities are indeed a bit old, probably due to the hotel having been open for a while. The location is excellent and convenient for getting anywhere. Heading up to Baixiang Street, you'll find a street rich in local culture, with places to eat and have tea. To the left, it's a 10-minute, 10-yuan taxi ride to Hongyadong, Raffles City, and the cruise terminal. To the right, heading towards Shapingba, you can cross the road from the hotel and go down to the riverside to see the Yangtze River.

Downstairs, there's a snack street, and plenty of hot pot restaurants nearby. The mall across the street also offers a wide selection of dining options. Plus, there's a bus and subway station right outside, and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel service is fantastic as well; the staff are all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They even offer complimentary laundry and luggage storage. Upon check-in, we received free welcome fruit, and our concierge was available 24/7 via WeChat. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision!

BBall Breaker-On the first day of our stay, which was my girlfriend's birthday, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a towel cake, a birthday card, and a fruit platter, and even upgraded our room. The check-in experience was exceptional. Later, we tried some local specialties recommended by the front desk staff, which they often frequent, and the food was delicious.
Subsequently, my girlfriend and I both came down with acute gastroenteritis, as we weren't accustomed to the local cuisine. Every single staff member, including the doormen, front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel colleagues, took extraordinary care of us. They meticulously prepared freshly made plain congee, brown sugar ginger tea, and provided extra bottled water, urging us to drink plenty of hot water. When coordinating with medical personnel, their response was swift and professional, helping us get to the hospital quickly.
Our five-day stay here was truly excellent. We genuinely felt the professional yet warm service spirit of all Marriott staff, which made us feel a sense of warmth, security, and belonging even away from home. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Chongqing. The Marriott Executive Apartments Chongqing will be our top choice in Chongqing.

**Front Desk Staff:** Extremely professional, pleasant to communicate with, attentive and thorough, demonstrating genuine human care. They reacted quickly and calmly to emergencies, offering guests emotional support and reassurance.
**Housekeeping Staff:** Very professional, kept the room impeccably clean. They also helped with drying and organizing clothes. Seeing guests' needs, they proactively offered extra bottled water and asked if we needed brown sugar ginger tea, which was incredibly thoughtful.

GGuest UserBecause of one hotel, I thought of one city, and because of the InterContinental Raffles City Chongqing, I chose to visit Chongqing again.
The hotel's location is truly exceptional. Below it are Raffles City Mall and Chaotianmen subway station, and the famous Hongyadong, a popular spot for social media check-ins, is within walking distance, making sightseeing, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. The sky lobby on the 42nd floor and the Crystal Skybridge offer first-class views, with the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers and the city skyline opposite all visible. The night views of both banks, especially, are dazzling and captivating, a stark contrast to the daytime scenery. Standing on the 250-meter-high sky observation deck, with its fully transparent glass floor, I was too scared to look down, my legs feeling a bit wobbly – it was both terrifying and exhilarating.
Although there was a minor hiccup with a room change, the front desk manager quickly resolved it. The room was spacious and bright, with wooden furniture and a light blue carpet, making it very elegant. The room also came with a welcome fruit platter, sparkling water, and local snacks. They even placed a pot of phalaenopsis orchids as I had hoped; the orchids stood gracefully, their flowers seeming to dance like butterflies, bringing a fresh fragrance and vibrant life to the room.
The guest services lady had a very gentle and polite voice, and housekeeping was incredibly responsive to every request. When she learned I needed to hang clothes, she thoughtfully provided a trolley, which was very considerate.
What attracted me the most, of course, was the executive lounge. The food was unforgettable, every dish exquisite and delicious, clearly made with great care. The service was also attentive and warm, with dishes cleared quickly and staff constantly paying attention to guests' dining needs. During breakfast, to ensure I didn't miss out on any delicacies, the executive lounge attendant even helped me retrieve egg tarts and baked egg pancakes from the Chonglin restaurant across the way. Later, due to a flight delay, they even arranged a late check-out for us, truly understanding guests' difficulties.
In summary, we were extremely satisfied with this stay and look forward to our next visit.

CChooMNMom and myself had a lovely stay at this hotel! While there were some signs of wear and tear, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service was exceptional—attentive and thoughtful. To our delight, they even upgraded our room!
The private hot spring in our room was the highlight of the stay. It was perfectly warm and relaxing—just what I needed.
The resort was easy to explore on foot, and one of the standout features was the pet paradise. They had a variety of well-cared-for animals, including goats, chickens, deer, ducks, and more. It was such a unique and delightful experience!
The buffet breakfast was impressive, with plenty of options to enjoy. A special mention to the chef for preparing a perfectly poached egg—it was flawless!
A big shoutout to the Hanfu photography team. They were so friendly and welcoming! I’d like to give a special compliment to photographerMr. Yan Yan (许晏晏）who was incredibly enthusiastic and made our experience extra memorable. His warmth and energy truly elevated our entire stay at Banyan.

Its prime location in the heart of Jiefangbei's financial district offers convenient transportation, with subways and commercial areas just steps away, making it ideal for both work and leisure.
The hotel's lobby on the 51st floor boasts an impressive, modern, and luxurious design. The reception area is quiet and comfortable, perfect for business discussions.
The guest rooms are professionally equipped with a Herman Miller ergonomic chair, a B&O TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, maximizing work efficiency. The Heavenly Bed ensures a good night's sleep, allowing me to fully recharge even while on a business trip. The panoramic room views are fantastic; I could enjoy the scenery of the two rivers during work breaks, which helped alleviate fatigue. The bathroom facilities are high-quality, featuring double sinks, a rain shower, and exquisite toiletries, contributing to a comfortable stay.
The staff, including Charon, provided professional and efficient service. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and the executive lounge, was attentive. The executive benefits were thoughtful, with welcome fruits, soft drinks, and light meals all readily available. The hotel's restaurants consistently deliver excellent food; the authentic Sichuan cuisine at Jin Yao Xuan is perfect for business dinners.
