Excelente quarto a um preço muito bom. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é ótima para o aeroporto, mas bem longe de qualquer outra coisa em Santiago. Se você fizer algum passeio, será buscado no aeroporto

Meu marido e eu ficamos neste hotel por 2 noites. O hotel está localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos das principais atrações. Existem restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. O hotel também tem um restaurante que serve café da manhã, mas não levamos. O hotel dispõe de uma pequena piscina e bar, além de uma academia.
O quarto não está limpo em todos os lugares, por exemplo, há poeira na mesa de cabeceira. A cama está limpa, assim como a toalha. A equipe é simpática e educada, há segurança no hotel. Ficamos satisfeitos com o hotel.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto da rua pedonal, com muitos supermercados e restaurantes nas proximidades. As bebidas são servidas no momento do check-in e há uma pequena piscina ao lado do restaurante, que tem um ambiente agradável. O hotel é um pouco velho, MAS no geral está tudo bem.Se as exigências não forem altas, é rentável. A cama era um pouco macia demais e senti isso em todo o meu corpo quando acordei. Não tirei nenhuma foto, outras fotos de cenários

O serviço é muito bom, mas não entendo espanhol, é inconveniente ir ao supermercado comprar coisas e é fácil cometer erros! Eu queria comprar sal, mas acabei comprando bicarbonato. Perguntei ao pessoal do supermercado e eles continuaram me dando bicarbonato. Quando voltei para o hotel e abri, descobri que não era sal!

Este é um albergue agradável com grande potencial. Tínhamos um quarto adorável com TV e cozinha compacta, mas a cozinha compacta não era realmente utilizável, pois o trabalho não funcionaria e não havia utensílios suficientes.
Da mesma forma, a cozinha compartilhada ao ar livre não tinha utensílios suficientes para ser utilizável.
A área da piscina era agradável o suficiente. Nosso destaque, no entanto, foi o café da manhã e a adorável e simpática senhora da Nicarágua que o estava servindo, ela é um grande trunfo para a empresa.
A área é boa e você pode caminhar até o centro, mas definitivamente não é uma das melhores áreas da cidade.

This was my third stay here in the last week as I used the airport as a base for travel. Holiday Inn is perfect for this. Super easy to get to from both domestic and international airports. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great wifi. Good breakfast. Nice bar and relaxation area. This hotel comes with my strongest recommendation.

O pequeno-almoço do hotel é raro e rico, mas a omelete não tem legumes. Mas na verdade existem amoras silvestres e várias frutas secas, e os ovos fritos também são muito bons. As salas do lado leste podem ver as montanhas cobertas de neve.Embora o edifício em frente o bloqueie um pouco, o serviço geral é excelente. Depois de comunicar com o escritório frontal, o check-out foi adiado até às duas horas. Você pode guardar sua bagagem, mas é um pouco longe do aeroporto.Custou mais de 200 yuans para pegar um táxi.

O Double Tree by Hilton Santiago é um hotel incrivelmente limpo e organizado, com vistas magníficas para os Andes, de tirar o fôlego. No entanto, o aplicativo de serviço de quarto não funciona corretamente, deixando os clientes em dúvida se seus pedidos foram processados. Apesar desse pequeno problema, é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar, e eu o recomendo.

HHaiThis is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience.
I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect:
- staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests.
- check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff.
Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Harbor Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in quick and easy. The lobby was elegantly designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the harbor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided ensured I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked seamlessly throughout my visit, which was a huge plus for both business and leisure purposes.
The hotel’s on-site restaurant offered an outstanding dining experience. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh, delicious options to start the day. I also had the chance to try dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was top-notch, with creative dishes that were expertly prepared.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s spa, which provided a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. The services were indulgent, and the staff were professional and attentive.
The location is perfect—close to the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, but also peaceful enough to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

AAnnaAmazing hotel, I liked absolutely everything! I lived on the 18th floor in room 1803, absolutely stunning view from the window of the Andes and the city, I enjoyed every day at the hotel! Cleanliness, great breakfast, although not enough hot food, but this is compensated by wonderful cheeses and fruits. Perfect location. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant - everything was very tasty, good selection of wine. Warm pool on the 20th floor, gym. Very friendly staff. I recommend the hotel for a stay in Santiago and will be happy to come back again! Thank you for the wonderful welcome! ❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserWe were very frustrated upon arrival as we had advised our flight and ETA and nobody was there to pick us up. We had to pay US$32.00 to take a taxi which was crazy and upon arrival at hotel we were told that the phones were donw (as we did try to call several times without a response). There should have been some form of communication even via Whats app or email and there was none. The phones had been down since 10 am that morning. Before storm started
In the evening we had dinner and the service of 3 people was super slow with a number of people being frustrated.
On the other hand next day for lunch we had Monica and she was amazing waitress.

YYNFThe service girl at the front desk is very good. Whether arranging check-in, arranging breakfast or answering various inquiries, she does her best and is enthusiastic. Her English level is also very good. Security is always open and greeting. The beds and supplies in the house were all clean and dry. The room on the side was bright and bright, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The tallest tower in America on the left and the famous snow-capped mountains in the distance on the right were clearly visible. Overlooking a quiet yet lively street. It is only walking distance from the supermarket at the foot of the tallest tower, opposite the Starbucks and below, surrounded by pizza, McDonald's, KFC or other hotel restaurants. The transportation is convenient and safe. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Yogurt, cheese balls, kiwi fruit, ”sweet twists” and coffee are all my favorites.

AAlexeyOverall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff doesn't seem to have any interest in working. No greeting and blackface throughout. Saw us struggling with luggage at the front door without providing any assistance. Both just stare at you. This hotel is very expensive with poor service. I guess you pay for the location and convenience.
