We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

I was really impressed by the hotel's attention to detail after checking in. Everything in the room was well-maintained and easy to use. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless. The atmosphere was quiet and refined, cleanliness was exceptional, and the facilities were comprehensive and practical – meeting all my daily needs. The service was also excellent. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it.

I blindly picked this hotel for my trip and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem – what a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that let in so much natural light. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and fresh, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service throughout was impeccable. Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

The hotel location is terrific, very clean, perfect facility with great services. We have a great greeting from Lisa who provided us all the information, accommodated us, surprised us by upgrading us with lake view room. Uma experiência incrível no Four Seasons Guangzhou. O hotel ocupa os andares mais altos do IFC, e as vistas da cidade são simplesmente impressionantes, especialmente à noite. Os quartos são amplos, elegantes e extremamente confortáveis, com janelas do chão ao teto que fazem você sentir que está literalmente acima da cidade. Tudo é impecável, desde o design moderno até os detalhes no banheiro e na cama. O serviço foi excelente em todos os momentos: equipe atenciosa, profissional e sempre pronta para ajudar. Os restaurantes também são um destaque, com comida de altíssima qualidade e uma experiência gastronômica memorável. Outro ponto incrível é a piscina com vista para o skyline — um dos lugares mais bonitos do hotel para relaxar. No geral, foi uma estadia perfeita. Um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei e certamente voltaria. Recomendo muito para quem procura luxo, conforto e uma vista inesquecível de Guangzhou.

I really love this hotel, it's definitely one of the top ones in Zhanjiang. The high-floor indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing, especially the outdoor one with its incredible sea views. The sea view rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge too. The hotel's buffet ingredients are decent, though the food isn't kept warm very well, and the taste is generally just average. However, the cheong fun at breakfast is excellent. It's super convenient to step out of the hotel and take a stroll across the street; the scenery there is lovely.

Este é o hotel que eu fiquei apenas para negócios. A cação da senhora é tão conveniente. Há um autocarro que me leva para a nova estação de ferry. A propósito, eles mudaram a TV, embora eu não olhe. Eles significam classificação. Desejamos o sucesso de Hilton.
