Compact apartment but served its purpose. We were missing some crockery but reception assisted with this and also gave us some blankets up on request. The 2 single beds are on casters but no brakes. The main room had a great views of the city. Jack & Jill bathroom worked fine. We were not advised of the roadworks outside the property prior to booking. The night works ( 1800-0230) were noisy despite being on the 21st floor. The parking was good once we worked out where to go as the main entry was closed upon our arrival as the road was closed. What makes it difficult if driving, is to find somewhere to park prior to checking in to the apartments to collect the keys and garage keys as the other roads are busy. That’s not the apartments fault but frustrating for the customers and staff. Once the roadworks are completed I’m sure it’ll be a lot easier.

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

O pequeno-almoço incluído é bom e saboroso, básico com ovos, bacon, feijões, marrom de hash e arroz frito, escolha de torradeira e banana, café, chá, sumos, provavelmente, com alguns frutos frescos, bem como uma oferta. Boa vista de buche para o pequeno-almoço e um Monte de lugares. Eu tinha um quarto de canto, então minha visão não era a melhor. A piscina é bonita e o spa é quente, Mesmo no Meio de Agosto. Eu voltaria, MAS a próxima vez, porque o hotel não estava cheio de meia-semana. Eu recomendaria muito que você fique!

The room was OK, a bit outdated and obviously well used. It was clean, and that is really all that matters to us.. We didn't eat in the restaurant but went to the bar, and drinks were reasonably priced. There are not too many comfy seats, or we would have hung around a bit longer, but ok, especially the fire in the middle of the room. Staff were friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the town hall, making it easy to walk to anywhere in the city center. Although it's a 3-star hotel in an old building, the facilities are very new, the bed is soft, and there's a mini-fridge. The only downside is that the internet can be a bit slow when there are a lot of people, but that doesn't affect my overall rating!

I recently stayed at an Ibis Style Melbourne Airport Hotel, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The receptionist, Linda, was absolutely amazing—her friendliness and helpfulness made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect environment for a good night's rest before my flight the next morning.  The complimentary shuttle bus service was incredibly convenient and made getting to the airport a breeze. I truly appreciated this added benefit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return during my next trip. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Melhor villa em Wangaratta até agora.

Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

Fiquei no parque regularmente e fiquei um pouco chateado quando cheguei a esta hora para ver que tinha sido reservado para um cabine para a parte de trás do parque quando tinha reservado e pago para um cabine com vista para o lago. A senhora no escritório explicou que havia um erro no local de reserva dizendo que havia UMA cabina de Vista de água disponível no momento EM que EU estava reservado quando não havia nenhuma. Ela explicou que o gerente tinha feito a sua escolha e explicava isso às pessoas afectadas. Nunca recebi chamadas de telefone ou mensagens, não recebi nenhum reembolso para a mistura e me disse que tinha sido dada UMA actualização à cabina no fundo do parque. A cabina que nos foi dada olhou para a estrada, tinha uma tela quebrada no banheiro, uma luz no salão não funcionava, um vidro quebrado no copo, uma cozinha suja no tractor e uma TV tão pequena que não era a mesma que a do Quarto com vista para o lago, então Como é UMA actualização?
