Beautiful hotel in a perfect and quiet position. The staff was extremly nice and helpful; they even upgraded my room :)

É difícil colocar a mala Nesta rua para UMA colina!Haha Posso viver EM um hotel Muito bom a um preço de 10.000 yen por noite. O Pessoal é ２４ tempo residente, o serviço é Muito bom ♡ Há um bom pessoal!!! Obrigado, o quarto é Muito confortável, não há problema.

Foi óptimo.Pedi-lhes para preparar algo bonito enquanto viajava com minha esposa.O pessoal do hotel era o suficiente para organizar. Grande instalação geral, distância de caminhar do autocarro parar outras instalações de transporte público.

Hotel muito impressionante. Adorei toda a equipe do hotel. Quarto super confortável. Café da manhã delicioso. Muitos restaurantes bons por perto. Muito conveniente para se locomover de balsa, ônibus, táxi ou a pé. Com certeza voltarei em uma próxima visita ❤️❤️❤️.

Chegamos ao hotel depois da meia-noite e fomos informados de que o quarto estava lotado e que não havia outro quarto disponível no momento. Fomos transferidos para outro hotel e informados de que teriam um quarto para nós pela manhã. Nos transferiram do Crowne Plaza para o Ramada (um rebaixamento absurdo). Dormimos algumas horas no Ramada, fizemos o check-out e voltamos para a recepção do Crowne Plaza. A recepcionista nos disse que ainda não havia quartos disponíveis e que teríamos que voltar para o Ramada. Dissemos a ela que gostaríamos de falar com a gerente dela, e ela respondeu que era a gerente. Eu disse a ela que o acordo não era aceitável. Finalmente, ela disse que um quarto estaria disponível em 20 minutos. Que experiência ridícula!

Good hotel stay. Check in was a little confusing at first since there is no front desk and we don’t have a local phone number to call the hotel, but in the end the staff opened the door for us. Good location close to tram and metro. Room was a lot bigger than I expected and feels more like a studio apartment with a kitchen.

مبنى الفندق قديم لاكن جميل وكل شيئ قريب حولك تاخذه مشي اي شيئ تحتاجة قريب منك ك مطاعم كافيهات ومكان مكتض بالسياح لاكن الصباح اضاءة الشمس تدخل للغرفه بقوة الفطور ممتاز جداً وخدمة الاستقبال لطيفة وعند الخروج والدخول الطاقم بالكامل مرحب بك

Firstly, I thank the Trip program for the excellent prices, secondly, I would like to talk a little about the hotel. In terms of the hotel, it is a beautiful and clean building and has all the services, and its location is also beautiful. On the negative side, the rooms do not have soundproofing, which means that you cannot sleep until 4 in the morning because of the music sound from outside the hotel, and the other thing is that the person in charge of breakfast does not have a way to deal with customers, and his name is ********, and he is not honest in what he says regarding breakfast timings, I prefer to ask the reception about breakfast on all days of the week. They also asked us to pay for sweets and drinks which was not available in a room , so Just argue with them if you did not use the food available in the room, if any

This is my third visit to the hotel after two previous good stays, but unfortunately, this time was different. The room was not as described in the booking — it was smaller than expected, had no sofa, and there was noticeable noise from the street. When I informed the receptionist about the issue, he said the hotel was fully booked and refused to change or upgrade the room. After I mentioned that I would write my feedback, Ms. Zainab from the reception kindly contacted me and handled the situation with professionalism, providing the correct room. I truly appreciate Ms. Zainab for her cooperation and attentiveness, and I hope the hotel management improves the attitude of some front desk staff.
