Hotéis com parking em Istanbul Province, Türkiye

The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are very small, the adaptation is cool and hot, it's what they control. I booked for breakfast, and the breakfast was delicious. Lunch was kind of good, but it was overpriced.

This location is good if you plan to commute everywhere. The service and food is adequate. Depends on the person at the reception. Brother Rosul was a great host. He takes every little thing very attentively. These small efforts go a long way. But other receptionists we didn’t find very helpful sometimes. The room was pretty good and cleaning was up to the standards. Overall a nice place to sleep in and have a good breakfast in the morning. But if you expect more than this I wouldn’t prefer this hotel but for us that's all we needed.

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . Thank you, Double Tree Regards Akif

A nice small hotel with all amenities, and timely cleaning. The cafe offers a stunning view of the sea and the strait. Cormorants and crows are always a delight to see, waiting for guests to arrive for breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to the metro, ferry crossings, and Bosphorus tours. Airport transfer can also be arranged. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality.

The biggest complaint is that as soon as you enter the hotel, there are two platforms with three sets of stairs. Carrying luggage felt like climbing a mountain. Out of four people with four pieces of luggage, the bellboy only bothered to pick up the lightest one. How perfunctory. The room was a bit small and the facilities were old, but the hygiene was acceptable. The surrounding area of the hotel is generally not great. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're coming to Istanbul. My extended stay wasn't synced with the platform, so I couldn't successfully extend it. I ended up turning right out of the hotel and staying at a place that I think was called ZAL hotel, which was much newer.

Good day! I'll start by saying that the hotel failed to fulfill its obligations regarding the booked room. We booked a family room with a balcony for our family. Upon arrival at the hotel for check-in, we were immediately told that there were problems with our room and they couldn't accommodate us. They offered us one night in a different hotel. A bellboy escorted us to the other hotel and carried our luggage. The alternative hotel turned out to be, to put it mildly, a dump – tiny rooms, a non-functional air conditioner; in short, it was awful. We were so upset that we just dropped our suitcases and immediately went out into the city, only returning to sleep. The next morning, we returned to our hotel for breakfast and to store our luggage. After breakfast, we inquired about our room and were told it would be ready by 2 PM, even though the day before they had promised we might be able to check in that morning. They lied again, but we decided not to get too upset and went out to explore. We returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM, and to our surprise, the reception handed us two key cards for different rooms – not even adjoining, but located at opposite ends of the floor. So much for a family room! Furthermore, when we returned to the hotel, the electricity had been off since 12 PM, and they promised it would be back on by 8 PM… We decided to check out the offered rooms. Naturally, they didn't at all match what we had booked; there was no balcony, for which we had paid extra. Since we were already exhausted from all the 'hostel hopping,' we decided to just take the offered rooms. But it was a complete disappointment! Returning to the hotel in the evening, around 11:30 PM, the electricity that was promised by 8 PM still hadn't come back on, which also meant no hot water and no air conditioning. A large group of guests gathered at the entrance, demanding a solution (by the way, the manager is constantly absent, and if you want to talk to him, you have to wait 1-2-3 hours). As a result, the hostess tried again to offer relocation to another hotel for one night. Everyone went to get their belongings, and to our surprise, when we came back down, no one was there; they had simply forgotten about us. Meanwhile, it was already past midnight. We waited for the hostess to return and for us to be moved. About 1.5 hours later, all the guests were brought back 😂 apparently, they couldn't find enough 'hotels' to accommodate everyone. After some time, around 2 AM, the electricity finally came back on. So, out of 3 nights, we spent 2 nights in complete stress and confusion. By the way, the electricity went out again the next day at the hotel, but they managed to restore it quicker. Regarding the hotel service: the toilet paper in the room ran out, and the TV wasn't working. First, my husband asked at reception for more paper and to fix the TV. Then I personally asked the housekeepers who were cleaning our room for paper. To our surprise, when we returned to the room in the evening, the paper was still not there! And of course, the TV still wasn't working. I had to visit reception twice more to get a roll of paper. The water in the room was never refilled during our entire stay. The room we booked was supposed to have slippers; in the rooms they gave us, one had them, the other didn't. The hotel offered breakfast on the restaurant terrace. The breakfast was average; everything was dried out because it wasn't covered in any way, and the selection was mediocre – lots of cheese of one type, various cold cuts, boiled eggs, fruits (in the first few days, a meager amount of melon and sliced oranges with grapefruit; later, perhaps when foreign tourists arrived, the selection became richer). The coffee machine, of course, wasn't working; there was only instant coffee, which quickly ran out, and we constantly had to ask for more. The only positive was the view from the terrace during breakfast. Otherwise, I do not recommend this hotel. There are many problems, constant promises, but no action to fix the situation. My rating for the hotel is 1 out of 10.

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

The hotel is beautiful and clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. What I did not like about the hotel : - Our room was never cleaned ,we would go out all day and come back to find dishes from last night dinner . - There were cats all over the hotel inside , everywhere , the lobby, restaurant , the pool ,it’s like a cat rescue or RSPCA - None of the staff spoke English , even basic English - The restaurant staff were worse ,due to communication breakdown room service orders were sometimes wrong. Had room service all the time cos the whole place had cats . - Location is the killer - it’s extremely far from any attractions ,shopping or Turkey experiences I would recommend for aesthetics - it looks beautiful, the entrance and lobby is amazing ,minus the cats, the pool area is good and the rooms are clean and spacious . For holiday and exploring Turkey do not go there

Great hotel! I and my sister really liked it, having stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast is nice, there was always one main course available (e.g. nuggets and french fries) with the variety of snacks, fruit and desserts. The rooftop canteen is very romantic The furniture and amenities of the hotel are new and convenient: we like abundant storage areas, the elevator and cozy beds The stuff is very friendly It's only 10 minutes away of bus stop and 15 minutes away of Istiklal avenue, very conveniently placed for exploring the city centre Around the hotel is a bakery, a supermarket, a grocery store, and also a park. The neighbourhood may be considered as a little bit risky, since there were a lot of abandoned homes nearby, but it didn't concern us in a slightest The cons of the hotel is bad soundproofing, no drying system (no dryer at the bathroom). The cons is very negligible, actually The price-quality balance is perfect. I'd definitely stay here one more time

Convenient location. Staff was helpful.
