Good experience in staying in this hotel. Even though it was a single night, but its location was really good as well as quality of hotel.

Everything was clean and tidy. The room is spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and 24/7 coffee.

I love HGIs. Good price, great room and staff. Perfect location for my needs.

My wife and I found the location and the cleanliness to be great. However the only reason I would give this hotel a bad review is because of how thin the floors are. We were on the 3rd floor and you could hear the people from upstairs basically breathing. Other than the lack of sleep from the noise I would rate the cleanliness a 10, The location a 10, the Service a 10. Again great esthetics horrible build!

The hotel was better than we expected. It was clean and front desk ladies were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. We will stay there in future if we need to.

O hotel oferece boas instalações, como a piscina, e o pequeno-almoço, mesmo com um estadia 4-day, continua a ser agradável devido à variedade das ofertas.Além disso, o estacionamento gratuito é um belo parque. No entanto, fiquei desapontado por o cofre no meu quarto não funcionar e não ser reparado durante a nossa estadia 4-night.Outro descontentamento foi a política do hotel de não fazer camas ou mudar toalhas durante as primeiras 3 noites. Em UMA nota positiva, quando pedi toalhas frescas, eles entregaram-nas rapidamente.

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo, com restaurante e cafetaria. Perto do aeroporto e com transporte próprio, que traz e leva os hóspedes de e para o aeroporto, sem custos adicionais. O hotel está a cerca de 300 metros da estação Rosemont da ”Blue Line” do metro, o que nos coloca no centro da cidade em 40 minutos, sem necessidade de mudar de linha.

The location was great and I really liked the free transportation ( you should boocked it earlier by contacting the front desk)— super convenient! Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. The pancakes were already gone even though the buffet had just started about 30 minutes earlier. Also, both coffee machines at the reception weren’t working — one was broken and the other kept showing an error. When they tried to fix it, they had to turn it off completely, so unfortunately, no coffee in the morning.

I stop here frequently... Love this location, one of my favorites.... I am a truck driver and count on good service and amenities and this place checks all of the boxes
