Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale! The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault). Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. До курорта Памукале, на такси 7 мин. До базара с кафешками и лавками 15 мин пешком. В отеле нам предложили upgrade номера без доплаты👍 спасибо! Номера не новые, но главное это то, что отель стоит на краю деревни, и вам открываются великолепные виды на долину с ее закатами. Отель весь в зелени и постоянно поют птицы. Мы останавливались на 2 ночи, больше там делать нечего, если вы конечно не любитель отдыха у бассейна в горах.

Para jogar o castelo de mel que EU Queria ir por um Longo tempo, o castelo viveu EM um novo e completo hotel Na Cidade inferior do castelo, embora não seja grande, a saída do Passo é a Estrada para baixo do castelo. A saída Da Loja de manhã percebeu o espaço de muitos globos de cores Ao Lado Da estrada. Cem metros para as pessoas desencadearam a porta do Mundo Branco, É a Melhor rota de foto, a localização do hotel é realmente boa.A sala não TEM instalações completas, ar condicionado, água quente suficiente, rede de banho, sedimentos de energia, Muito conveniente, café Da manhã é Muito Rico, é o Melhor pequeno-almoço que sentimos NOS anos de viagem! O edifício está EM três andares e está equipado com um elevador de luxo. Parece que vale a Pena recomendar um hotel!

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with my friends. Checked in late at night and saw another guest trying to get a refund for his room. One of the rooms was missing 2 towels, water bottles while the other room was missing 1 towel, but the concierge supplied it immediately upon request. My room provided both the towels, however, there was a huge tuft of hair sandwiched between the towels, probably clumped up during laundry. My shower door had also fallen off while I was closing, and I had to re-install it back onto the ledge myself. Friendly concierge and room service lady. Great location, 5 mins walk to the center. Parking was limited, please speak to the concierge to allocate space for your car.

Great price for a wonderful stay. The room comes with balcony, the staff helped to bring our luggages upstairs, the room is clean and comfortable. Just to set some expectation, they didnt provide mineral bottle at the room so perhaps you may want to ask for water upfront in case you need it or in case you don't have any. Breakfast was great (as per pic). They served big breakfast by room. We enjoyed hot air balloon view during our breakfast. The hotel is very near to Hierapolis and Travertine too. Reservamos o hotel para pamukkale. Tomamos o autocarro do aeroporto diretamente para o hotel. A sala é incrível!Limpa e Nova A recepção é muito útil e amigável Perdemos o pequeno-almoço, MAS tentamos a refeição no jantar.O restaurante é Muito bom com baixo preço. Pode pedir AOS funcionários para ajudar-lhe a ligar para o aeroporto e pamukkale se for de serviço

Душевный отель, чистенько, простенько. Расположение просто супер - утром нам говорили Good morning с пролетающих шаров! Очень мило! Озеро тоже за углом, рестораны рядом, бассейны Памуккале тоже. А из окна вид прям на эти бассейны. Вид нереальный. Завтраки турецкие, наелись хорошо. Бёрек самый вкусный!
