Super experience all around. Smiling and helpful staff. Cosy and spacy room. Excellent concept with morning and evening meals included. Wont hesitate coming back.

The location is in the center of the ancient city, next to the cathedral. The breakfast is rich, the chef often comes out to check the food, and the waiters are very nice. The room is also clean and tidy, and the housekeeping will often help change the sheets. The room facilities are also very complete, and there are dumbbells. But the hotel bed is too soft, not suitable for us, sleeping on the back pain. But I still like this hotel very much, if I go again, I will still choose this hotel.

Överlag bra på alla områden men samtidigt saknade vi det där lilla extra. Frukosten var bra men inte superb. Servicen var bra, men samtidigt glömde man bort något som vi hade bett om. Vattenbehållarna med dricksvatten var tomma under eftermiddagens fika och ända fram till middagen. Tidningshyllor fanns men gapade tomma.

Mycket bra läge i Kalmar, nära till allt. Mysigt gammalt hotel med anor från två sekel bakåt i tiden. Mycket bra personal och trevlig. Andra gången vi bodde här och kommer att fortsätta att vara mitt hotel i Kalmar

Neat and clean room, healthy breakfast with a number of varieties. Good staff behavior. They prepared a dish on my request that i like very much.

Great location, had a room with a view of the harbor, beds were ok, lobby and reception were good, cleanliness and service in the breakfast restaurant were bad, dirty tables, no clearing and cleaning of the tables and !!! CHAIRS !!! Panorama window in the restaurant very dirty

Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på Skansen. Fick efter ett byte ett så fint rum! Personalen var så tillmötesgående, trevliga och glada!! Vi återkommer absolut när ett bra erbjudande kommer! 😀
