I stayed at Kusum Airport Hotel, Kathmandu 🇳🇵 for 3 nights (April 1st – April 4th), and overall it was a really good experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers since it’s close to the airport ✈️. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect to relax after a long day. What I enjoyed the most was the food — very tasty and satisfying, definitely something I looked forward to every day. A very special thanks to Sachin Thapa 👏 He was honestly one of the best parts of my stay. Always welcoming with a smile, very respectful, and gave excellent service every time. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and his positive attitude really stood out. Staff like him make a place feel more than just a hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great — good service, nice atmosphere, and a comfortable stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu, especially if you want a convenient location and good food 👍

酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。

Sara's Backpackers Hotel ist echt ganz okay. Die Lage ist Praktisch, man kommt SCHNELL zu wichtigen orten wie dem Pashupatinath Tempel oder dem Garden of Dreams. Die Zimmer sind Sauber, aber etwas einfach eingerichtet. WLAN GIBT'S kostenlos, aber manchmal bisschen langsam. DAS personal ist super freundlich und hilft bei allem, ob ausflüge oder fragen zur Umgebung. Frühstück ist auch okay, aber nicht Mega besonders – halt landestypisch. Rooftop Terrasse ist echt ein Highlight, Schöne Aussicht zum entspannen. Gibt Auch fahrräder zum leihen, was cool ist. paar sachen könnten besser sein, z.b. die betten sind etwas hart und duschen könnten moderner sein. insgesamt aber gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde wiederkommen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at Star Valley Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, Specially Liang(Owner). The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and how well-maintained everything was. The location was also perfect , firstclass security because of Embassy area— close to key attractions but still quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will definitely come back again!

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

A localização é incrivelmente conveniente, a uma curta caminhada de Thamel, mas o hotel em si parece um paraíso isolado. 🛏️ Quartos Super Confortáveis - Estilo tradicional Newar, com lindas janelas de madeira esculpida. - Cama super macia, banheiro espaçoso e muita água quente (uma raridade em Katmandu!). - Acordar todos os dias com a luz do sol entrando pelas cortinas. 🍛 Comida Deliciosa! - O restaurante na cobertura tem uma vista fantástica; o chá de leite masala e as frutas frescas no café da manhã estavam incríveis. - O Dal Bhat (arroz com sopa de feijão) era autêntico e barato. 💖 Serviço Acolhedor - Os sorrisos da equipe eram incrivelmente reconfortantes e eles estavam sempre prontos para ajudar. Compressas quentes de cortesia, auxílio para contatar guias turísticos e um pequeno presente na saída. ⚠️ O único ponto negativo: depois de chegar lá, você não vai querer ir embora! Nice place at the heart of Thamel, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere

A lovely hotel with the most friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful in all aspects of making us feel comfortable. One recommendation is to make sure that you get a room facing the courtyard as the sound proofing of the hotel is not great and the neighbours can be loud pretty much the whole evening. I wish the hotel would improve this for all other guests.

Se você quer um lugar acessível com uma ótima localização, então é aqui. Pelo preço que você paga, outros não terão café da manhã, mas aqui está incluído. Its very clean room. Everything was ready upon check in. There is garden in the middle of the hotel with nice rooftop restaurant. Definitely coming back for my next trip.
