I have stayed in some top hotels. This is undoubtedly the overseas hotel with the best value for money and the best service I have ever stayed in. It includes free park tickets. Other hotels pick up from the airport by shuttle bus or the like. This one is a Model Every employee around the clock is enthusiastic and serious. They also speak the best English among the Ten Days Inn in Mexico.
Standout was the unique rooms which are extremely private, spacious and beautifully designed along the lagoon. Personally I didn’t quite understand the ‘Butler’ concept and found some of the comms style a bit frustrating.
The other standout was the ‘Day of the dead’ celebrations. The property was decorated beautifully and very well organised. The opportunity to also participate was great as we felt emerged in the festivities. It would have been nice if the dinner package also included the face painting.
More broadly the property is set within mayakoba so you can explore the grounds including the other hotels and it was fun to explore on the bikes.
The only other thing to be aware off is also this is the more premium / exclusive hotel in mayakoba it’s still geared towards families or at least there where quite a few kids around. Finally don’t have high expectations of the beach it’s tiny and there isn’t much space.
If you want high end luxury visit Maroma.
The room was very clean. All the service staff were very warm and thoughtful. The food in the restaurant was rich and delicious. The butler service was attentive and detailed, allowing us to enjoy super five-star service. It is worth recommending

Very Good
Lovely place and super close to the heart of the Tulum! I'd recommend everyone to stay here. breakfast is also wonderful.
Had a double room on the ground floor, - really cute decor, air con and TVs. Nice pool, very chilled vibe. Mix of families, couples and digital nomads staying here. Huge beds, nice and comfy. - collectivo stop and xoxo shop just at the end of the road. Close to lots of bars and shops.
It was great! The tents were really comfy and it was awesome being in the nature. We saw some wild animals, which was cool and the food there was really tasty! They do so much for the wildlife - we can difinitly recommend it!
Really lovely stay with especially friendly staff in the restaurant. Gorgeous resort with two beaches and nice pools - the food at the hotel restaurant is excellent so we ate there happily every night.
