Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good.
Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly.
Not recommended.

sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse und Betten sind sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Vom Pool aus hat man super Sicht aufs Meer und den Hafen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist empfehlenswert und hat eine grosse Auswahl.
Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Un hotel que muestra armonía entre la historia respetando su arquitectura y el máximo confort del presente. Las habitaciones son sobrias pero completas y muy confortables.
Tiene espacios encantadores como un par de terrazas donde co.er o tomar algo del bar con excelentes vistas.
El personal muy amable y cuenta con parking a un bajo costo y traslado de cortesía hacia el hotel, dado que no se puede circular por el centro histórico. Imperdible de Ostuni.

The hotel is located in the square near the station. The rooms are spacious and have a variety of rooms with classic furnishings. Spacious room with separate room garden and large and renovated bathroom. The choice was made by the neighborhood with the FS station but I should go back to Lecce is here I would go back. nice and professional staff. Quality price convenience: excellent. Compliments to who cares for this. Francesco Ricciardi - Rome

Location is excellent, right on the waterfront of the old city.
The hotel itself is very grand so to speak, spacious rooms and large public areas. It is becoming a bit old: Not necessarily run down, but dated. There's a bar area behind reception which looks like it's never seen customers for ages, the breakfast is a bit meager for a hotel of this size but then again Italians don't do big breakfasts. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is in a great location facing the sea and is very close to tourist attractions. The rooms are decorated in light blue and are very comfortable. It is not luxurious and is only at the level of a four-star hotel in many aspects. At more than 2,400 a night (excluding breakfast), the price/performance ratio is not high.

The location is very good to find, a big logo can be seen at a glance, the environment is very good, the atmosphere is also 🈶️.
The waiter is more casual and should be a European feature.

GGuest UserUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

Recently, there are more and more cases where apartments are used as accommodation, and the owners live in a different location.
Some accommodations are cutting costs too much.
Even when we contacted them, there were times when we had trouble over the phone, as the guests came from abroad and did not have sufficient language skills.
Also, even when guests arrived at the front door, they were made to wait an unnecessarily long time for the owner or their agent to arrive.
Since then, I have made it a rule to choose accommodations that have a proper reception, even if they are a little more expensive.
Guests arrive tired.
I hope that the number of accommodations with excessive costs does not increase too much.

The street is indeed a bit noisy; but I anyways use the earplugs, so didn’t cause me problems
The bed is fine, pillows not so much
The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head
Overall a fine experience for me and cute view
The host is really nice in communication

We loved the view from the room (see pictures), and the check in instructions were easy. I would advise we had to use google translate to get the English version but they made complete sense once translated.
Would definitely recommend for any length of stay in Bari!

RReneewangIt's just great, there is a private yard for parking. The room is single-family, the space is large and the facilities are very new. The environment is good and very quiet. The host welcomed us very warmly. Walking in the town is very convenient and safe.

SSATOVery beautiful in a large room. If you tell us the check-in time, the staff will be waiting (not self-check-in), which is very convenient. It's a short walk from Buri Central Station, but if you arrive by train from the airport, it's just around the corner when you get off at Quintino Sella, the station in front of you.
