The hotel staff has a good service attitude. I would like to praise Liu Zijuan, the assistant lobby manager, for her warm, polite and thoughtful service. She called in advance to make room requests and arrangements. The hotel is clean and hygienic with complete facilities. The breakfast is rich and is the first choice for business travelers.

Firstly, I have to say that the service here provided by the staff was fantastic. I can dare say that it’s better than 5-star hotels—they are very present, attentive, patient, enthusiastic and helpful. As someone who barely speaks mandarin and travelling to China for the first time, they really took the effort and time to connect and made sure that we were not lost or confused. For the first time in a long time, I feel like the service staff genuinely care about their guests. The place itself is comfortable—hot water to shower, aircon that works well to fight the heat, daily housekeeping and basic amenities provided. Location is perfect if you are planning to visit Disneyland. To the main city, it’s not that close, but bearable and affordable by taxi. Convenient stores and supermarket is about half an hour by walk. But you can always order in food and drinks on their local app (you can ask the staff to help you if you’re unsure)… there are plenty of options. Some vegetarian too. And if you are ever feeling lonely, there are two residential cats in the main lobby area to keep you company. 🙂 Overall, I would recommend this place to people who are planning to visit Shanghai Disneyland. It’s a gem! Cute architecture too.

The hotel has a good environment, lots of greenery, the rooms are clean and tidy with no smell, and the boss is also very enthusiastic. My little baby likes the style of the room very much. There are also little rabbits 🐰 Big Gray Goose 🦢 outside the courtyard. All in all, it’s not bad! Satisfied, satisfied!

It is close to the subway station and is in a community. There are many snack shops nearby. There is also a shopping mall behind where you can go shopping. The accommodation environment is also okay. The service attitude is good.

The area is quite lively, and it's very convenient to buy food, both downstairs. The room is relatively small and the sound insulation is poor. Especially the night stall downstairs is so noisy that I can hear everything I say. The sister at the front desk is nice and polite. It's not far from the Second Engineering University. It's okay for children to make do with it when they take exams🤭🤭Compact😁

Value for money if you look for an economical place to stay near Disney. There is no-frills but sufficient with basic stuffs you need for a rest when you visit Disneyland. Disneyland will cost you a lot and this hotel save your RMB. Breakfast was simple Chinese food, yet enough to kickstart the day. We came back very late from DisneyTown around midnight and had to call them asking how to flush the toilet (yeah, we couldnt figure out that the button is under the lid 😝) , they were gracious about it. The lobby may need some maintenance, but the room was excellent. Bedsheet was crisp & clean. 5 of us (2 adults + 2 teens + 1 child) slept comfortably in the Family Room which only costed RMB 500! (Not recommended if u r shy to share the transparant toilets though) The Ctrip says hiking, hot spring in the amenity, there is none of those. After walking around Disney, I think none of us wanna hike anymore.

The room environment was very clean. My family was very satisfied with the environment. They also had the egg pancakes made by the aunt that everyone mentioned. The aunt was very nice and cared about us. She set off early in the morning and specially prepared breakfast for my daughter and me. It’s a really satisfying B&B👍

I have lived here for a long time. This hotel is small and exquisite, clean and tidy, and warm and homely. The room is very hygienic, comfortable and the air is fresh. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. It is very close to the No. 16 subway station, only a few hundred meters away. It is also very close to Pudong Airport, only 12 kilometers away. The store attitude is very good. The corridors are monitored and very safe, allowing me to spend a good day easily in a pleasant atmosphere. The network WiFi signal is very good, and the residents inside are not noisy. It is quiet and I can have a good sleep. The quilt is very thick and comfortable. It’s a good place to stay when going out, so I didn’t hesitate to write about my personal feelings. May everyone who goes out have a good time! Everyone is treated well!
