Very good , Don’t really speak english but can communicate via phone so it’s okay . Very happy to help all the time , very kind and very nice / polite. Mia and the rest of the staff and very helpful. They have helped me move i came , and made the stay very pleasant. I stayed in the cave room which was very nice , the cleaner came in every day even if i put do not disturb and just made the the bed and refreshed the towels. The location is nice there is lots of food - burger king , pizza hut and local foods . It’s a bit far from the city centre about a 35/45 min drive which is 9-12 pounds The cleaning was good but a dusty on the floor maybe because of the cave . Over all i loved it would definitely stay again . All staff are nice and willing to try to help or help if they can ! Never had an issue ( except my parcel which they tried ) other than that AMAZING! The laundry service is also AMAZING .

Fantastic pet-friendly hotel! Being close to the airport and allowing pets was exactly what we needed. They even upgraded our room because we were traveling with a pet, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, well-ventilated, and completely odor-free. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. Jasmine at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and efficient with the airport shuttle arrangements – we never had to wait long. Our furry friend had a blast too! This is definitely our top choice for future trips.

My stay at The Langham, Xintiandi, Shanghai was excellent. I could truly feel that every staff member provided service with great care and attention. When I returned to my room in the evening, the hotel had already turned down the bed, and they thoughtfully set out the teacup and teapot to remind me to enjoy a quiet cup of tea late at night before going to sleep. Miss Nancy at the front desk was very considerate, and the check-out process was efficient and smooth.

We were very happy with our stay at Riverdale Residence. The two-bedroom apartment was extremely comfortable for our family of five, as the unit was very spacious and well designed. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The apartment came fully equipped with a washer-cum-dryer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a complete set of cutlery, which made our stay very convenient. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and we appreciated having a bathtub. There was ample space to open our luggage, generous wardrobe space for hanging clothes, a full-length mirror in the living room, and a dedicated cabinet for storing shoes. The living and dining area was also very comfortable, with a four-seater dining table where we enjoyed meals that we ordered in. The location is convenient, with Xintiandi within walking distance—about a 10-minute walk if you don’t mind a short stroll. Most importantly, the service staff were exceptionally helpful and polite throughout our stay. We were very impressed by their service and hospitality. We would definitely book Riverdale Residence again if we return to Shanghai.

This hotel is perfect for family trips with kids! It has a 1.5-meter tatami bed, so I don't have to worry about my little one falling off the bed while sleeping! I really love Atour's pillows; they're super comfortable. The toilet and shower are separate, and there's even a shelf in the shower area to put clothes, which is a very thoughtful detail! Downstairs there's a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. The subway is also only about 200 meters away. Overall, everything is pretty good!

I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel! It's completely non-smoking, so the air is super fresh, which is great for non-smokers and made my stay very comfortable. They also offer airport shuttle service, so I didn't have to worry about transportation to and from the airport, which was incredibly convenient. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the service personnel, was incredibly warm and friendly, speaking politely and having a great attitude. They were quick to respond to any requests, and the service was excellent overall. My stay was both comfortable and stress-free. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

A very pleasant stay! We originally requested two connecting suites, but upon arrival, we were informed that none were available. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, arranging two suites across the hall and even offering a complimentary upgrade. It truly showed their professionalism and care. My parents were very happy with the comfortable environment and enjoyed a relaxing and pleasant trip in Shanghai. The facilities were also excellent — the 24-hour self-service laundry room and gym make it convenient for all kinds of travelers. Overall, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. 非常满意的住宿体验！原本提前请求两间套房相连，但抵店时被告知没有相连房。前台同事非常热心贴心，尽力协调安排了斜对面的房间，并且提供了免费升级，让人感受到酒店的专业和诚意。这次带父母来上海，他们对住宿环境十分满意，旅途也过得轻松愉快。 酒店设施也非常贴心，24小时自助洗衣房和健身房能够满足不同旅客的需要，无论是长住还是短住都十分方便。整体服务周到细致，让人住得非常安心，也非常值得再访。

The pickup driver was really enthusiastic, proactively helping with our luggage. The front desk staff was also great, especially Shane Zuo, who provided excellent service and was always responsive to our requests. This is an older, established hotel, and the infrastructure is still well-maintained, though you can see a bit of its history. The Chinese restaurant was decent, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, satisfying most people's preferences. The only thing I think needs improvement is the air conditioning temperature. Our room was 29 degrees Celsius, which was a bit too warm; 22-24 degrees would be much better. The hotel's location is a definite advantage, being very close to the airport. There's a 24-hour bus service running between T1, T2, and the hotel, making it a great choice for airport transfers.

The front desk staff, Ms. Jane, was especially nice. The room was spacious and close to the subway station. However, the current check-in situation is a bit awkward as there's no air conditioning, making it a bit hot, and there's a slight smoke smell in the room, which isn't ideal.

I did enjoy my stay. Lots of restaurants downstairs, subway just in front of building. Hot water by has was super good. Too bad that i dis not stay long enough to cook. No cooking item is in the room however if staying long i would buy one. Construction like noise surprised me but at night was quiet. Front desk people are so friendly. I would go back there again though my shanghai friend said i was so far from city. Our main purpose was Shanghai Disneyland….
