⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Truly Unforgettable Experience We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and would like to give our highest possible recommendation from the bottom of our hearts. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt not like ordinary guests, but like truly welcome and valued people. The atmosphere in the hotel is incredibly warm, calm, and pleasant — it really feels like a place where you can fully relax and enjoy your time. The room was perfect: extremely clean, well-maintained, beautifully prepared, and what impressed us especially was the fresh and pleasant smell — everything felt cozy, comfortable, and carefully looked after. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, with fresh and tasty food that gave us a great start to each day. We truly looked forward to breakfast every morning. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the reception team. The girls and boys at the front desk are not only friendly, but also highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We would like to give special thanks to Nini (妮妮). From the very beginning, she helped us with a serious personal issue during our stay. We faced a big problem, and thanks to her patience, responsibility, and sincere desire to help, she supported us step by step and even helped us get our money back. This level of care is far beyond standard hotel service. She proved that the reception team here is not just present for formalities — they truly help guests solve real and important problems. We are deeply grateful to her. The entire reception team always tried to accommodate our requests in every possible way, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude made us feel truly cared for. Another lovely detail was the availability of bath salt, which made our evenings especially relaxing after a long day. Small thoughtful touches like this make a big difference. We traveled as a couple and spent our time here almost like a honeymoon. It was a romantic, peaceful, and joyful experience. We rested deeply, felt refreshed, and were completely satisfied with the hotel, the service, and the whole team. We are extremely happy with our stay and can confidently say that we will definitely return. First things first: If you need the hotel shuttle (for pick-up or drop-off), you absolutely have to book it with the front desk in advance. It doesn't run on a fixed schedule to the airport; it only comes when there's a reservation. The area around the hotel is extremely desolate, filled with vast construction sites. It's truly in the middle of nowhere, with only large construction vehicles on the road (taxis or ride-shares might even be reluctant to come here). It's best suited for a simple one-night stay before moving on. The hotel itself is a conversion of several old factory buildings, and the interior design is quite interesting. The room was very new and clean, no issues there, but the bathroom is open-concept, offering little privacy, so it's more suitable for solo travelers.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The platform offered a 300-yuan credit, which was just enough to cover breakfast for one person (delivered to my room!), and that instantly put me in a good mood. Nancy at the front desk helped me with check-in; she was very professional and spoke softly, making for a great experience!

Riverdale Residence Xintiandi offers a comfortable and pleasant stay in a prime location. Situated in the heart of Xintiandi, it is conveniently close to shopping malls, cafes, and dining options, making it easy to explore the area on foot. While the nearest metro station is slightly further away, the central location more than makes up for it. Service was excellent throughout our stay — the staff were friendly, attentive, and especially helpful in assisting with food deliveries ordered via the ******* app, which was greatly appreciated. Cleanliness was outstanding, with the room kept in excellent condition. A thoughtful highlight was the in-room washing machine, complete with detergent powder provided, making longer stays especially convenient and hassle-free.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations, a full five-star review is a must! From the moment I stepped into the room, I could feel the hotel's thoughtfulness. As soon as I put down my luggage, a staff member brought a cup of tea at the perfect temperature. Its pure aroma instantly dispelled my travel fatigue, showing warmth and care in every detail.

A perfect stay! The airport pick-up and drop-off service was punctual and comfortable, even in the afternoon, which was super convenient. The driver was very professional. The room facilities are modern, and the smart screen casting feature is very practical. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with freshly made noodles being a popular choice. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and proactively upgraded my room type. The self-service laundry room was convenient to use, a must-have for business trips. The room was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The location is the suburban area of Shanghai with many food options and 2 supermarkets a stone throw away. Next to the popular Jin Qiang Beef Noodles which opens 24 hrs. Great if you prefer less touristy and more authentic neighbourhood. We took Didi everywhere and it's convenient in that sense. Room wise it was big and comfy and with thoughtful facilities. You can switch on the heater in the bathroom which is very helpful during colder months. Aircon works fine and small window could bw opened. Our room didn't come with a washing machine but there are self serviced ones on lvl 8. Hotel staff are very helpful and responsive. You can get a number from them to order Mei Tuan, and you probably have to register for Mei Tuan at the reception as a verification code will be sent to that number they gave you which u need to input on your phone. Walk around the neighbourhood and you discover authentic eats around the area.

The pickup driver was really enthusiastic, proactively helping with our luggage. The front desk staff was also great, especially Shane Zuo, who provided excellent service and was always responsive to our requests. This is an older, established hotel, and the infrastructure is still well-maintained, though you can see a bit of its history. The Chinese restaurant was decent, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, satisfying most people's preferences. The only thing I think needs improvement is the air conditioning temperature. Our room was 29 degrees Celsius, which was a bit too warm; 22-24 degrees would be much better. The hotel's location is a definite advantage, being very close to the airport. There's a 24-hour bus service running between T1, T2, and the hotel, making it a great choice for airport transfers.

This is a really great hotel! Facilities: The facilities and equipment are very well-maintained, with virtually no damage. Excellent, excellent! Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Environment: The lobby smells wonderful, and the front desk design is excellent, giving off a very pleasant vibe. Service: I especially want to give a shout-out to Arthur. His service awareness is top-notch! Thumbs up, thumbs up!

The BEST hotel I’ve ever been to. Hands. Down. Like you’re 1min away for the metro and the personal is incredible!! The view from the room is also breathtaking you can see the sunrise from the room it’s incredible I recommend it because it’s a 10/10
