We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!

Very very happy with this hotel. 1. very good customer service that made us feel at home. The front desk staff and all the service staff are friendly 2. Good location. Walking distance to old town and also 正定夜市 which is the biggest night market at Hebei 3. The hotel provide free fruits and afternoon tea daily 4. Very spacious and clean room. The bed is cery comfortable and cozy Will recommend it to my friends and will stay again for our next visit

The hotel location is near to WanLiMiao Pedestrian Street for a short distance walk to Metro XinBaiGuangChang. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful where one of the staff went extra miles to assist my queries and request. The room is clean and just right for solo or couple travelers. A decent breakfast buffet spread. Do take note that their hotel lobby is located at level 31 and you can do your laundry at the same level.

O ambiente do hotel é bastante limpo. Recém-inaugurado e a decoração é bastante moderna. O serviço é muito bom. A equipe da recepção nos informou detalhadamente sobre o horário e o local do café da manhã. A localização é excelente. Fica a poucos quilômetros da Estação Ferroviária de Handan e leva menos de 10 minutos para chegar lá de bicicleta. O café da manhã que trocamos é delicioso, com tudo, desde pratos fritos, pratos frios, mingau, alimentos básicos e ovos.

The hotel facilities are very good. It is not far from Handan East Station. The room is very clean. The floor is very good and the view is great. The smart toilet is very useful. The small refrigerator even has a microwave. This is the first time I have encountered such a configuration in a hotel. It is very considerate. The whole house is very smart and convenient. I spent so long choosing a hotel at thaiwoo and I'm so glad that I decided on AB hotel! First, the service provided by Ms Wang was excellent, she was so patient and helpful, and communication by wechat was always prompt. Second, the hotel apartment looks modern and clean. I do not notice any smell even for a pet friendly hotel. Compared to nanshanli next door, I think that this offers a better value for money as you get a larger room (with kitchen and living room). However, the downside is that during winter we had to walk outdoors to get to the ski rental hall which is in the nanshanli building itself. Nonetheless my family looks forward to staying again in future!

The Vienna international hotel is a great choice for your staying in Shijiazhuang. The staff courtesy will let you feel comfortable. A special mention to the breakfast quality which was beyond my expectations. I’d recommend this hotel for your trip!

This is an excellent hotel if you are interested in skiing at the Cuiyuanshan Galaxy Ski resort. The hotel is right at the base of the ski lifts. The area around the hotel has a bit of a ski village, but it was not very extensive, which is why I rated the location as 'good' instead of 'excellent.' The room and facilities at the hotel were excellent. The room itself was much larger than we expected and had a nice, large balcony overlooking the ski runs and the lake next to the hotel. The hotel has a nice gym and though I didn't see this anywhere in their amenities description, they have a collection of three hot-tub pools on the top floor. When we went, nobody was there, so it seems this might not be known by many guests. If you don't have much luggage, the hotel is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the Chongli Railway Station. You can actually see the hotel sign at the top of the hotel when you exit the station. Breakfast buffet was very good with a good mixture of Chinese and Western Breakfast foods available. English was also spoken by many of the staff throughout the hotel.
