Room amenities well equipped. Only thing the in-room mini bar served only tea bags. For coffee drinkers, need to bring your own ready mix coffee and stirrers. Or just walk out the street or ******* if need coffee. 3) Hotel has many meeting rooms for wedding or event. on 25 Oct we saw at least 6 wedding cars at the foyer area. 4) Location is pretty centralized and can view the space center from some room, the hotel AI will send great information via Trip.com once your booking is confirmed. Very good innovative.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

O hotel era bom, MAS às vezes é alto lá fora e Pode ser ouvido Da minha sala no 7o andar. É perto de parques e algumas vistas depois de sair Da rua. Eu não tenho fotos Da sala, MAS parece que as fotos do hotel compartilharam.

I would rate it 20 out of 20, if I could. Really amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. And they all speak english, what is not common in Sanya. The private hotel beach is beautiful, clean with many sunbeds for hotel guests. And you CAN swim in the sea, because before coming here I found some information that you can’t. And the water is clear and warm. So it is in the swimming pool. We’ve also stayed at another hotel at Yalong Bay and it was a complete dissapointment. But fortunately we’ve moved here afterwards, so we’ll have great memories from Sanya. In my opinion you can skip all the rest od the island, just come to Hyatt and you’ll have a memorable stay full of joy!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the environment. The hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were complete and in good working order. The room was well-ventilated and airy. The front desk staff had excellent service attitudes, and it was quiet, not noisy. It was a great stay, and I'll definitely be back next time.

Weather in Haikou was a little gloomy, but Erin went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She was readily available on WeChat to answer my queries and gave me good recommendations on how to best spend my time in Haikou. Overall the hotel was also comfortable, and I love that there is an indoor kids playground which my daughter had so much fun in, and also that it’s close to the beach! The buffet breakfast every morning also served up a good spread, but their international dinner buffet was the best!

Nice hotel located in Dadonghai. Lots of things to do nearby the hotel. Hotel is abit blocked by shopping mall and other buildings which made us abit hard to locate. Staffs were really polite. Awesome breakfast.
