You can blow the air at night, and you can hear the sound of the waves and the sound of the wind blowing through the banana leaves. It is too convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning, and it takes a few minutes to walk to the southeast seaside. (Come to a hotel location map) Also, the hair dryer in the room is Leifen, which is very useful. It is very important for girls who wash their hair, who understands it. There is also a tram rental at the entrance of the hotel, which is super convenient for renting. In addition, the hotel decoration is American retro style, but the kind of time, very beautiful, but not time.
Disadvantages: The location of the hotel is slightly biased, it is not good to come back at night, and there is no food nearby. However, if you have a companion, there is no problem, and it is not tired to ride a tram. I don't live in the net red street but avoid noisy, in short, it is recommended. If you want a holiday, you can live here.

YYanyongqianI arrived in Guilin from Kunming late after 12 am and there is no tourist information counter staff at the airport to tell me where to wait for the hotel's airport transfer driver. Fortunately an airline check-in counter officer helped me call the hotel to find out where to wait for the driver. Please note wait for the driver next to the police kiosk after leaving Gate 6 of the domestic arrival terminal and crossing the lane. It took me 15 minutes to identify the driver because the driver did not show the placard showing the hotel name Shanshuiyunshang Hotel. The driver was impatiently waiting for a foreign tourist. So I identified myself as a Singaporean looking for the transfer driver of the hotel. He replied that I can follow him, who did not declare the hotel's name. Thank God he brought a group of tourists and me to Shanshuiyunshang Hotel to check-in. I also thank God that the driver escorts me to the Airport Flower Field, which is 569 metres away from the hotel, for plane-spotting, and I walk back to the hotel within 10 minutes to check-out of the hotel for my outgoing trip from Guilin after completing my plane-spotting mission. Other than the hotel airport transfer driver, there is the odour of smoke in the room but I have to bear with it until I leave and I cannot access the hotel wifi by scanning the QR code. The hotel restaurant is very small but dragonfruit is served and the breakfast amount is sufficient to fill my hunger. Shanshuiyunshang Hotel is one of several hotels along the road of Liangjiang Town that has accommodation for tourists but this hotel is the only one in Liangjiang Town to be listed on Trip.com. I will stay here again for the purpose of plane-spotting in Liangjiang Town, the famous airport town of Guangxi.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel management is very professional, and every staff member is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent, truly central. We went for a walk and realized how easy it was to find, with hotel signs at every intersection. The surrounding scenery is definitely worth exploring. We booked a family room which was spacious and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful mountain view. There was also a small tent, which our child absolutely loved! Overall, it was fantastic, we didn't want to leave! All the attached photos were taken at the hotel.

GGuest UserI stayed in the 180-degree panoramic twin room this time. If I had to sum it up, it's a room that allows you to unwind and truly considers the convenience of your stay.
The most striking feature of the room is the incredibly expansive view. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed panorama of the sprawling mountain landscape. The early morning experience was particularly memorable; without having to make an effort to wake up early, I could witness the sky gradually brightening through the sleepy haze. The changing light and mist over the mountains were serene and layered. It offered an effortless way to immerse oneself in nature.
The room's amenities were designed with practicality in mind. The washer-dryer combo was a highlight, addressing a real need for longer stays or family trips, allowing for lighter travel luggage. Overall, the living comfort was excellent.
The hotel service was smooth and consistent. Check-in and check-out procedures were efficient, and requests were met with timely responses.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to relax quietly amidst natural mountain views, and you also value practical amenities like laundry, this room type would be a reliable choice. It doesn't offer a noisy 'wow' factor, but rather a sense of solid, comfortable tranquility during your stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location just a few hundred meters from the attractions is incredibly convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic, and even though we had a small hiccup, it was perfectly resolved. The hotel offers free parking and free breakfast. The only downside is that the decor is a bit dated, but the service and cleanliness are good, it's easy to get around, and it's great value for money. A special shout-out to the landlady, her service attitude was superb!

GGuest UserThis place has hands down been the most memorable stay we have ever had! As a couple traveling for the first time in China, Yukong, his family, and friends gave us a feeling of home and took care of us in a way we never experienced from a homestay.
The house itself is build by Yukong's grandparents 70 years ago, and is placed in the middle of a Kiwi farm on the mountains outside Leye city. We shared great meals together every night in front of the fireplace with the boiling soup bowl at the center. Friends and family of the house even cared for bringing all sorts of classical Chinese instruments to the house to play traditional folk music for us - something we will never forget! Together we sang karaoke, drank rice wine, laughed and had great talks, despite of the language barrier. One could tell that our well being mattered to all of them, and that they wanted us to experience and understand their culture.
Yukong and his brother even joined us for a hike in the nearby geopark and helped us with litterarly everything regarding planning and activities (which was so helpful, as none of us speaks Chinese). They took so much time off their hands to help us getting around and showed us the most wonderful local tourist attractions and great places to eat. The area has a lot to offer, and we were amazed that we seemed to have it all to ourselves.
If you are in Guangxi, or anywhere else in China, for that matter, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. It is something you will remember for a long time. The nature, the culture, and especially the family you are gonna stay with, are wonderful.

GGuest UserAll in all an extremely pleasant stay! The location is absolutely stunning. Sure, it might be a little bit off the beaten track, but the views are all the more rewarding and the hiking path from Dazhai is also highly recommended.
The hotel lobby also functions as a big living room and a little restaurant run by the owners. The food is excellent and well priced (definitely try their rice wine!). Because we were there in winter and it was cold, the owners even put a small radiator under our table to make it comfortable.
Generally, the owners were super nice and friendly and adding their absolutely adorable puppy, we almost couldn't bring ourselves to leave.
The rooms were very clean, have a small separate bathroom and we had a small balcony with view over the rice terraces. For a more budget option there is also rooms without AC or view, in that case you can still enjoy quite a bit of the scenery from the living room downstairs or just by exploring the surroundings on foot. (The picture is shot from our balcony, but sadly some of the view was obscured by the winter mist.)
We will definitely try to come again sometime in summer and are already excited thinking about staying in this hotel again.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MMooMooooWhat can I say.... AMAZING!! We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed both nights!! From when we first check in, the lady who checked us in, helped us with our suitcase and they are big one too! (note there is no elevator). To the lady that work at night and cook our yummy breakfast in the morning, thank you! We are both vegetarian, so she was always checking to make sure we can eat it. She was super friendly, talk to us and tell us what is nice to explore/play, and make sure we have enough food to eat! On the last day when we have to check out early as we have to catch the Li River Cruise, she make sure we have food to eat and that we can bring on the boat to eat as well. She was very thoughtful!
The location is over the bridge about a 10 mins walk to ZhengYang Pedestrian Street. I prefer here as it more quieter rather than on the main street. Furthermore, it not that far, with only a 10 mins walk along the river and you will reach most places.
I also loved the decor in the hotel as well, it has everything you need. They provided free snack, and we did try some too!! Good to try local snacks which we did end up buying when we saw it lol. You could also go up to the roof top, which will provide a 360 view, especially the view looking out to the Li River on a nice fine day is so worth it!
Lastly, my mum left some of her belonging in the hotel and forgot to pack when we check out. They courier this to our next hotel in Yangshou, which is very thoughtful of them. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay here.

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved our stay at the orange and white homestay! The space is simple, spacious, CLEAN, and tastefully artistic, surrounded by all kinds of beautiful green foliage that made it feel like a peaceful retreat.
The house itself is stunning, thoughtfully designed by the talented owner with great attention to detail. The location couldn’t be better—just a short, scenic walk to the river, passing by a charming strawberry U-PICK farm on the way. Along the walk and nearby, there are tons of delicious street food options, fresh-squeezed juice stands, and great coffee spots.
Bikes were conveniently arranged and delivered right to the back door, making it easy and fun to explore the area. Our kids absolutely LOVED this place—they didn’t want to leave! They especially loved the chance to meet and feed the on-site animals, including a friendly llama and a variety of small animals.
One of our favorite moments was the relaxed afternoon setup—while the kids enjoyed playing with play dough, the adults were treated to a complimentary afternoon tea overlooking the gorgeous hotel grounds and dramatic mountain backdrop. It was pure bliss. The breakfast provided was delicious and beautifully prepared, with plenty of options the kids enjoyed.
Even the pool was a hit—despite it not being heated in April, the kids still played in it for over an hour.
This place completely exceeded our expectations. We would 100% stay here again the next time we visit Guilin!
