GGuest UserStaying here felt like being welcomed into the home of a deeply cultured family. The décor is a beautiful, personal curation: art and personal book collection, vintage porcelain, silk cushions, and carefully chosen artworks.
Nothing feels excessive or staged. Every object has intention behind it — a celadon vase here, a bronze figurine there — and yet the overall feeling is one of warmth and ease, not a museum. The rooms are serene, the linens impeccable, and the little touches — embroidered pillow slips, a hand-painted watercolour above the bed — speak of a host who genuinely cares.
The lady boss is a gracious and soft spoken lady. She offers just the right amount of company and showed us the warmth of Gongtan residents through her actions and food.
This is not just a place to sleep. It is a place that stays with you.

FFanfan413The environment of Taole Forest B&B is very good, quiet, very close to Shaolongguan, the room is warm, the heating is very good, especially warm. The young ladies have a good attitude and warm service. There is also a big fat cat called Red Bean, which is very cute. I will definitely stay here next time!

WwindtraceI had a long layover in Chongqing and booked a stay at Fengtang Hotel. Its central location in the scenic area made it incredibly convenient to get around. They also offer complimentary coffee and bar vouchers, which were a nice touch for a relaxing drink. I especially want to highlight their complimentary photography service. I initially thought it would just be three casual snaps, but Haifeng, the photographer, was amazing! Not only did he take fantastic photos, but he also acted as a tour guide, pointing out attractions along the way. In a city like Chongqing, where it's easy to get lost, having a guide and photographer was an absolute lifesaver. It was the perfect way to spend a day exploring!

RRaymendUpon my first arrival in Chongqing, I stayed at berkins Hotel, located inside the Chaotianmen Center building. If you’re checking in for the first time, take the elevator to the 30th floor. When you get out, make a left and continue past a few doors until you see the large LED Perkins sign. Don’t get confused by the first reception desk you see—that belongs to the Cia Hotel.
One thing I really appreciated was that the staff allowed me to check in at 7:00 a.m. after my flight. I was exhausted, so being able to get into my room early made a huge difference.
The first thing that impressed me was the incredible view. The hotel sits high above the city, and the skyline is beautiful during the day, but it’s even more impressive at night when all the city lights come on. The room itself is on the smaller side, but it’s modern, very clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable.
The room also has a smart voice assistant, similar to Alexa. You can use it to open or close the curtains, turn all the lights on or off, and play music. It takes a little time to learn the commands, but it’s a fun feature that makes the room feel very modern.
For around $40, I thought it was a great experience, especially for a first visit to Chongqing. That said, next time I’d probably book one of their $20 rooms since I don’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. The view in this room was amazing, but I think the cheaper option would suit my travel style just fine.
The staff all spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. There’s also a washer and dryer available on the 40th floor. Just ask the front desk for the access code, and they’ll happily give it to you.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here if it’s your first time visiting Chongqing. It gives you an amazing first impression of the city with its futuristic atmosphere, beautiful skyline views, modern design, and excellent value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again.

KKenny MJWe had a wonderful stay at this eco-lodge in Wulong. The eco-friendly cabins are thoughtfully designed, blending beautifully with the natural surroundings while still being comfortable and well equipped. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere after visiting the nearby attractions.
A special thank you to the owner, who is Cantonese. He was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He provided detailed advice on how to visit the national parks, recommended routes and attractions, and made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
If you are looking for a unique accommodation experience close to Wulong's spectacular scenery, this eco-lodge is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again.

AAnonymous UserChoosing this hotel for my trip was such a great decision! It's super close to Jiangbei Airport, so there's absolutely no need to rush for your flight. What's even better is the complimentary shuttle service – the driver was punctual and reliable, making me feel completely at ease even with a late-night arrival. Plus, the 24-hour stay option is incredibly convenient for those of us with tight schedules. The room itself was very spacious, bright, and felt far from cramped. They even offered a warm, comforting congee in the evening, a thoughtful touch that instantly melted away my travel fatigue. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This is definitely my top choice for airport transit accommodation, and I'll be back for sure!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently with a consistently gentle and patient attitude. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were comprehensive, and the hot water was reliable, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The public areas were clean and spacious, giving the whole place a luxurious yet comfortable feel. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area. Highly recommend it to all travelers!

GGuest UserTraveling to Chongqing with two other families and our kids, booking this three-bedroom apartment was definitely the right choice! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and it came fully equipped with a washing machine, a full-length mirror, and a projector. Each family had their own private space without feeling cramped. We could walk to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave, and there were tons of local snack shops and restaurants downstairs to choose from. The host was incredibly warm and patient. We all felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. Highly recommend this for families traveling together!
