This is my second time staying at this hotel, mainly because of its incredibly convenient location. The room's location was excellent, and I really appreciate the hotel upgrading my room. This time, I was upgraded to an executive floor, and the butler would check in with us periodically, responding to all our needs – it was very nice. In late December, it was quite cold outside, so the heated pool was a huge plus; the kids could play in the evening, and I didn't have to worry about the water temperature. Although there wasn't a bed rail, the bed was large enough for three people without disturbing each other. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit and recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room service is meticulous, thoughtful, and very proactive, truly reflecting the service standards of a major brand hotel! The Heavenly Bed is fantastic; it genuinely improves sleep quality, and I'm already planning to buy a set for home. Cons: While the breakfast offers a wide variety, the taste isn't great, and the same dishes varied in quality day by day. Furthermore, service standards were inconsistent. For example, the breakfast host was only present on the first day. Food delivery could be placed on a table by the lobby entrance, in the delivery cabinet, or even brought directly to the room by hotel staff – it was completely random.

The highlight of our Chongqing trip has to be this hotel's location! It truly lives up to 'step out and you're at the attraction.' Jiefangbei is practically on your doorstep, and right downstairs is a bustling pedestrian street with all sorts of Chongqing delicacies and unique shops within easy reach. In about a 10-minute walk, you can get to Shibati, where you can experience the charm of old Chongqing in its retro alleys. Eling Park's Cloud Skywalk and the Yangtze River Cableway are also nearby; after taking in the panoramic views from above, you can turn right around and hop on the cableway to cross the Yangtze – an absolutely fantastic experience. After enjoying the dazzling night view of Hongyadong, it's just a leisurely 15-minute stroll back to the hotel, and along the way, you can admire the立体街景 (layered cityscape) of the mountain city. The hotel's service is attentive, and the rooms offer expansive views, with some even providing distant river views. For tourists who want to efficiently visit the core attractions, this hotel is definitely the best solution, saving you the hassle of transportation and giving you more time for scenery and food. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing!

As a frequent business traveler, I'm always on the lookout for hotels with great value for money. This was my first time staying at Little Elephant, and I was immediately impressed. First off, the location is fantastic, right next to Jingangbei, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel was also easy to find. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was clean and tidy, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a lovely view of the street lights and city neon. It was truly a great experience! Highly recommended!

Pod is clean, sleek and comfortable. Heating is available to fight the winter. There is also a courtyard available to chill and spend the day. Definitely a great way to spend the day with your family and friends. The hotel’s staff is very friendly and readily accessible. They are helpful with our queries and requests; and is kind to pick us from near the tourist centre to the hotel at short notice. Breakfast is also available on site with areas for kids to play and run about. Two friendly puppies roam around which are very glad if you play with them. 😄

Xiao Hua, who helped us check in, upgraded our room, and the breakfast was very rich. Xiao Zheng made the check-out process quick. I will choose this place again in the future.

This was an incredibly satisfying stay. The guesthouse itself is a protected historical building over a hundred years old, and every day many tourists come to the first floor and courtyard to snap pictures, which turn out beautifully. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. Breakfast is a set menu; the housekeeper has guests choose their options, then prepares everything fresh for the next morning – it's all very exquisite. The room's balcony is perfect for sitting, enjoying tea, and unwinding, or listening to the music from the bar across the street in the evenings. However, what truly made the stay memorable were the lovely, enthusiastic, and capable young woman at the guesthouse, the quiet but kind and warm-hearted owner, the barista who doesn't talk much but makes excellent coffee, and the two adorable cats – Lailai and Caicai! This guesthouse is genuinely highly recommended 👍

The checked in process very fast. Thats important because we arrived at the hotel almost 1.30 am in the morning. Our room was well prepared. Cleaned. First compliment from me is that the towels are all very new every day. We stayed 4 nights and never failed to gave us new towels. The cleaning lady was fantastic. They always asked us what is the best time to clean the room. We stayed In a suite. The only disappointment is the executive lounge is not the usual 23rd floor. And for an international hotel, we don't see the temporary lounge has whiskey and other liquor. Even baijiu also they don't serve. Luckily all these shortcomings perfectly handled by Mr anthony the 4th floor restaurant manager. He even personally gave me a bottle of baijiu. Thats is what I always preached perfect customer service. Otherwise my stay is not a good and pleasant one. One must understand why people pay extra for executive lounge access or suite. It is the evening drinks and food matters. Overall is good stay but the lounge access is a let down. I will be coming back to chongqing in January 2026. I will likely stay at conrad hotel next door. Unless double tree hilton can convinced me that they have improved by then. I will be bringing my business partners to join me. Thanks

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from Eling II Cultural and Creative Park, and about a 20-minute walk to the popular Liziba viewing spot, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is full of artistic flair and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, not only recommending an authentic hotpot restaurant but also thoughtfully arranging a Loft room for us on the third floor with stunning river views. The room's decor was modern and minimalist, and the spacious layout was perfect for a family of four or even five to stay comfortably.

Nestled away in Ciqikou, The Moon Hidden Hotel truly understands the art of a perfect getaway! This was the most pleasant surprise of my Chongqing trip. The indoor private hot spring was incredibly relaxing; soaking in it with flower petals scattered around, gazing at the courtyard view outside, all my travel fatigue just melted away. The service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage and even planned my itinerary. I wanted to take some traditional Chinese-style photos, and the hotel provided complimentary Hanfu outfits and makeup. The makeup artist was highly skilled and even offered thoughtful guidance on lighting and camera angles, resulting in stunning photos. The breakfast on the second day was a delightful mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and attention to every detail. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to Ciqikou Old Town and the Jialing River beach. When I got tired from exploring, I could easily retreat to the courtyard for some peace and quiet. The common areas also feature a tea room, an indoor golf simulator, and a chess and card room, so there's plenty to do even if you stay in all day. I managed to capture many satisfying photos during my trip to Chongqing.
