This is definitely the hotel to stay at when visiting Chongqing. I booked a business room this time, and it was great. The staff were exceptionally good and deserve special praise. They were very patient. Seeing that I had mobility issues and liked to drink water, they kindly helped me put a liner in the bathtub and even provided laundry detergent. They were polite and courteous. Thank you! With Chinese New Year approaching, the hotel had a strong festive atmosphere. It felt comfortable and welcoming.

I have to give this hotel five stars! As soon as I entered the lobby, it was spotless. The front desk staff were so kind and even offered suggestions for local attractions. The room had great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom had a fantastic dry/wet separation with no standing water, and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. My stay was incredibly comfortable; I highly recommend it to everyone! Before checking in, I mentioned it was our anniversary, and they even decorated the room and provided a small cake. After checking out, I accidentally left something behind, and they messaged me to arrange for it to be sent back. The only minor inconvenience was having to go down to the first floor to pick up takeout from the delivery locker, but everything else was excellent!

I highly recommend this hotel! Its location is absolutely top-notch for exploring Chongqing's core attractions. You can walk to Jiefangbei in just 3 minutes, perfect for shopping trendy brands and trying local snacks. In 8 minutes, you're at Hongyadong, where you can leisurely admire the dazzling stilted buildings by the river at night and snap some great photos. A few more steps lead you to Shibati (Eighteen Stairs), where you can immerse yourself in old Chongqing's charm with its stone slab paths and old teahouses. The Cloud Eyes observation deck is only about a hundred meters away, so you can head downstairs and instantly enjoy panoramic views of the city's staggered landscape without rushing to secure a spot. The Xiaoshizi station of the Yangtze River Cableway is also nearby; a 5-minute walk gets you there for a super convenient aerial view of both banks of the Yangtze. All five major popular attractions are within walking distance, eliminating the need for taxis or long commutes. When you're tired, you can simply head back to the hotel to rest. Whether you're ticking off famous landmarks or soaking in the old city's atmosphere, this location makes it incredibly easy. Staying here means you've got all of Chongqing's core beauty at your fingertips – this location advantage is truly unbeatable!

I was very happy with the apartment. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to Xiaoshizi subway station. I could walk to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. There was no scale in the kettle; I always clean kettles before using them, and this one was spotless, showing great attention to hygiene. The shower water was also good. The projector was large, perfect for binge-watching dramas like ”My Old Uncle” in the evening. They even provided disposable towels and toilet seat covers. The bedding was clean and comfortable. I stayed for three nights. I'll definitely come back to Chongqing again in the future.

The hotel feels like a spacious camping ground, and the room was clean and exactly as advertised. The owners were incredibly kind and even offered a complimentary shuttle service to the Fairy Mountain Tourism Centre. The room itself was modern, high-tech, and well heated, making our stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was how the owners went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay, including giving dinner recommendations. As a lovely bonus, they have two adorable dogs and serve really nice latte. Exceptional service overall — we would definitely return again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Hilton Chongqing has a great location, with easy subway access to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. Jason and Kacey at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive during check-in, absolutely fantastic!

I absolutely loved the beautiful courtyard. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony in our suite was very comfortable with great views. The housekeeper was lovely and always available when we needed her. She even took some great candid photos of us with the cats! After laundry, our clothes were neatly folded for us, and breakfast and afternoon tea were always prepared in advance every day. After four nights, I didn't want to leave. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing. Oh, and there are two adorable big-headed cats, 'Laicai' and 'Laifu' – they're so soft to pet!

The entire room design is fantastic, perfect for friends and families traveling together. The loft design is absolutely perfect! My friend and I loved it, and we'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Chongqing. Nestled away in Ciqikou, The Moon Hidden Hotel truly understands the art of a perfect getaway! This was the most pleasant surprise of my Chongqing trip. The indoor private hot spring was incredibly relaxing; soaking in it with flower petals scattered around, gazing at the courtyard view outside, all my travel fatigue just melted away. The service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage and even planned my itinerary. I wanted to take some traditional Chinese-style photos, and the hotel provided complimentary Hanfu outfits and makeup. The makeup artist was highly skilled and even offered thoughtful guidance on lighting and camera angles, resulting in stunning photos. The breakfast on the second day was a delightful mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and attention to every detail. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to Ciqikou Old Town and the Jialing River beach. When I got tired from exploring, I could easily retreat to the courtyard for some peace and quiet. The common areas also feature a tea room, an indoor golf simulator, and a chess and card room, so there's plenty to do even if you stay in all day. I managed to capture many satisfying photos during my trip to Chongqing.
