Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station.
I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues.

The hotel is really nice and the service at the reception is top notch.They even let us use the board games up stairs. The breakfast was delicious, several options and they all tasted good. The location is convenient and close to everything. The parking is not included but there is a parking lot you need to pay for yourself on the upper floors. The bad thing is that our room didn't have a window but apart from that everything went smoothly.

Lovely place to stay. We were there in February. -22⁰C outside, cosy inside. Clean room with large window. Breakfast buffet was excellent

During our road trip from Tromsø to Oslo, we stayed at this hotel and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, with a Coop supermarket conveniently nearby. The area was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep.
The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and delicious, far exceeding our expectations. The receptionist was very professional and welcoming, adding a warm touch to our stay.
Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the town, close to the river, the south side room can see most of UMEA town. The scenery is beautiful, sparsely populated, and the scenery is charming. Downstairs near the pedestrian street, there is a Dadong Chinese restaurant that tastes good. There are many bars, and the girls serving in them are blond and blue-eyed. Polite.

TTaiwan angela Mei我們這次是路過短暫停留，到的時候已經很晚了，但自助入住及自助退房很簡單，這家飯店離火車站非常的近，且房間很大乾淨舒適，廁所和浴室使用起來也方便都不需要等太久，室內有一個專屬的洗手台，唯獨沒有電梯要爬很多的樓梯，對於提行李的人比較困難些，窗外的景色也很美。
