A small hotel but with warm environment. Everything was clean and breakfast was lovely. Location is convenient, walkable to/from city center and train station. Just a bus ride (K4) to the bus terminal. Staff was very helpful. We had a very lovely stay in Erzurum.

O hotel é agradável e bem localizado. Os quartos são limpos. Mas pagamos por um quarto quádruplo e nos deram um triplo. E por mais que tentássemos explicar a troca de quarto na recepção, a conclusão foi que não entendemos. Na verdade, havia um casamento no hotel e nossos quartos já haviam sido cedidos a outros hóspedes. Mas como só precisávamos passar a noite, depois de uma hora eles simplesmente pararam de discutir e nos acomodaram nos quartos que já haviam nos dado. Foi certamente desagradável.

The hotel is really excellent! Since Erzurum is not a crowded and big city, its location is perfect! They have free shuttle services for airport and ski resort. Staff are all friendly, and very helpful, they do their best to solve your problems and always smile.

Не понравилась сауна - был ужасный запах канализации и отсутствовала бутилированная вода. Унитаз в номере был с налетом в сливе. Из вентиляции просачивался запах сигарет, при том, что этаж был для некурящих. В остальном номера чистые и уютные.

Встретили вежливо, все рассказали. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, в номере чайник, кофе, чай. Ванная чистая, много флакончиков со средствами для душа. Мыло пенкой) в номере приятно пахнет. Недостатки - сантехника уставшая, требует внимания. Завтрак который включен в стоимость, шикарный! Очень большой выбор, шведский стол, вкусно. Соотношение цены и качества очень хорошее. Расположение удачное, достопримечательности в нескольких минутах, есть своя стоянка. Рекомендую!

The service at this ski lodge was excellent, and its location near the ski slope is very convenient, almost like a ski-in ski-out. However, the gondola wasn’t working during my stay, so I had to use a shuttle, which was a bit inconvenient. The lodge has a slightly outdated feel, and the shower had low water pressure and some blockage issues. On a positive note, the food was outstanding, making the stay enjoyable despite minor setbacks.

Номер просторный, но мебель немного обшарпанная, штора была оборвана (муж ее починил). В номере нет чайника, но внизу есть бойлер и чай пить можно сколько хочешь. На ночь включают батареи, есть одеяло в шкафу, поэтому мы не мерзли. Кровать удобная. Несмотря на включенное на ночь отопление, пол холодный и днем прохладно, берите пижаму и тапочки, ночью на улице минус. Уборки за три дня не было. Очень приветливый портье, помог с бронированием билетов на автобус, днем позже рассказал, как их выкупить в турбюро в городе, спасибо ему большое за отзыв! Завтраки с 7.30. есть картошка, яйца, нарезка сыра, джемы, масло, мед, огурцы и помидоры, из фруктов мандарины и яблоки.

IIulianaExcellent decently priced hotel. It is walking distance to the city center (20 minutes) and 5 minutes from the famous street with cag kebap restaurants. The rooms are good, clean, with bathroom. The only downside is that you don't have a fridge in the room and you should put your things in the big fridge in the breakfast room. Breakfast is open buffet and you can eat well in the morning. Staff is nice and friendly. They don't have a parking, you can only park in front of the hotel. Two nearby mosques.

HHirotoFamily-run home hotel, the staff were very friendly. The room facing the street was clean and comfortable stay. As for the location of the hotel, all the main attractions in Elzrum are within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area, so I think there is almost no problem. Breakfast is also available, so it is a very satisfying hotel overall. You can recommend it with peace of mind.

PprenterBooked a single room only. Stayed 2 nights, went to Agri Dagi and returned for one more. Limited space as expected. Water pressure and hot water response time actually pretty good. No air temperature control in too but not important in October. Need larger waste bin and a floor mat to absorb shower water. Breakfast offered (usual Turkish fare), internet reliable. Overall represents inexpensive option at $15AUD per night.
