I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest? This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures. What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again. As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them. Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

I came to Bishkek from Almaty on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. What surprised me was how much it reminded me of hotels in China - the style, layout and overall atmosphere are very similar to the standard you often see there. As I understood, the hotel is owned by a Chinese owner and is mainly oriented toward guests from China. Overall, it is a very nice boutique hotel: comfortable, clean, with good beds. The TV mostly has Chinese movies and dramas, while there is practically no English-language content. One funny detail is that the shower and toilet have transparent glass walls, so depending on who you are travelling with, some people may find it quite romantic :) The courtyard is cozy, with a small cafe arranged like a summer pavilion. The hotel manager, who is Chinese, was extremely polite and helpful. He explained everything clearly and we ended up having a nice conversation about different cities in China. Since I travel to China from time to time, we even discussed Dongguan, which is one of my favorite cities there. There was also a very nice young woman from Afghanistan working at the reception. Her English was excellent. I learned that she is studying Human Rights in Bishkek, and it was genuinely interesting and pleasant to talk with her. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The hotel has its own character, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would definitely recommend it.

Not worth the money! It's incredibly noisy. The nearby grocery stores and eateries operate all night, so you're constantly bothered by the noise. The hot water only ran for a short while before completely stopping. We wanted to shower, but there was no hot water. They didn't even provide shampoo or body wash! Overall, the conditions were very poor. Only the breakfast was satisfactory. I'd say it's not worth the price. We stayed here for just one day and then moved to another hotel.

We felt that the photos of the hotel do not do it justice. The rooms had good facilities and were clean. The hotel reception communicated well in English, and were very helpful throughout. We did feel that the breakfast options were limited, and all were cold at 9.30am. If you want the food to be warm you should go at the beginning of service. The restaurant on the top floor was very pleasant and had an excellent selection of food / drinks. Overall an excellent stay, and we would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was easy to find, check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was warm and welcoming. The room was clean with no strange odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. It's conveniently located with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, yet still quiet. The value for money is absolutely amazing. I've already saved it and will definitely be back!

Not a bad hotel, recently renovated. The air conditioning unit is conveniently located (doesn't blow directly onto the bed). Decent breakfasts. The staff are friendly and accommodating; you can arrange anything: an early breakfast if you're in a hurry, borrowing an iron, etc. The laundry service was a bit comical: our clothes were initially returned just as dirty as they were picked up (they apparently forgot to wash them). My friend's laundry, from a different room, was distributed into other guests' bags. And the cleaned laundry is returned unironed. Room cleaning is done every other day.

Very comfortable bed!! The bed itself is 5star hotel bed. Its height is quite high. So when I lie down on the bed, I jumped on it. Hahaha There is bath clothes, too . Very nice facilities. There are many buses around this area, you can use bus here easily. Specially the breakfast is truly brilliant 👏🏻 There are so many types of food on the breakfast. The girl who works during breakfast is very friendly and kind. Thank you! This hotel has good facility + amazing breakfast !
