Hotéis modernos, novos e bem renovados localizados EM áreas ocupadas que oferecem muitas opções de comida a pé. O que encontrei foi que o tapete de bacia não FOI limpo com cuidado quando chegámos, e o cone de ar é tão barulhento que precisamos desligar quando dormimos.

We chose this hotel for its breakfast and the on-site bar-restaurant. What we got was a pretty old hotel. The bar wasn't open, and it was hard to find decent places to eat nearby. Breakfast was brought to the room, and we had to choose our meal and coffee type from a menu daily. However, they consistently forgot the coffee, so we had to remind them every day and wait 10-15 minutes after the rest of breakfast arrived. Out of 4 days, breakfast was only delivered 3 times; one day, they simply said the chef hadn't shown up. They promised a refund for one day's breakfast, but it never came. The room was very cold in December; the air conditioning was old and noisy. The shower drain was clogged, and by the second day, there was a sewage smell. On the plus side, the linens were clean, towels fresh, and slippers were provided. They offered to move us to an ”upgraded” room, which we checked out – it was indeed spacious, looked newer, and was more pleasant. However, the next morning, we were told that room wasn't available and were given a different one, which wasn't much better than our original room. Overall, everything felt disorganized and chaotic. Communication on WhatsApp was very polite, though. Getting to the city center is a long journey, and you spend a lot of time in traffic if you take a taxi. We haven't stayed at other hotels in the city, so we have nothing to compare it to. This hotel might be okay for a couple of days. All in all, not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The room was very nice, and the breakfast was plentiful and catered to Chinese tastes. The service was also very good, and they upgraded my room. The location is conveniently situated between the new and old areas, making it easy to get to both.

Overall, it's a good hotel. Pros: There's a money exchange downstairs, and a rooftop restaurant where you can eat without leaving the hotel. The breakfast was quite filling, with plenty of meat, but there weren't many hot dishes. Cons: The upstairs restaurant charged a service charge, and the air conditioning wasn't turned on when we checked in at the end of August. I'm speechless.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

O hotel é absolutamente infinito Na localidade. A comida do SEU hotel também é Muito deliciosa. A privacidade e segurança do hotel são Muito boas. O quarto é Muito limpo. A porta TEM um estacionamento. Há também UMA garrafa que Pode desfrutar do jantar no hotel e descansar no banheiro. Se você passar por esta cidade, você é recomendado para ficar aqui.

Nice breakfast spread of cold cuts, fish, different milks, varied omelettes, and a selection of cereals and nuts. Nice ambiance as well, at the terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom clean and sleek. Recommended!

The location is convenient, and the Chinese-speaking service is a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with all the necessary amenities. The authentic breakfast, with congee and small dishes, instantly soothed my 'Chinese stomach'. Overall, the attention to detail made my international trip feel like a comforting homecoming. Highly recommended for Chinese travelers, it's excellent value for money!

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.
