"Second time here hehe, and it still feels just as special. Perfect escape from the busy city life. Everything about it is so calm, peaceful, and relaxing. The atmosphere really helps you slow down and just enjoy the moment. Nights can get quite dark around the resort, but honestly it adds to the whole serene vibe and wasn’t an issue for me at all. Overall, a lovely place to unwind and recharge. Would definitely come back again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The environment is calm and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very convenient, as it is not far from other beaches such as Pantai Kemasik, which makes exploring the area even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my bracelet behind, and they were honest enough to keep it safely and return it to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The kids were very happy with two waterparks and a big swimming pool, which was a big plus for families. However, on the first day, there was water on the floor in the room. Not sure whether it came from the air conditioner or due to heavy rain, but it might be good for the management to check. The location is quite far from the city, so it’s more suitable for those who want to relax rather than go shopping or explore food spots. That said, Pok Nong Ikan Celup Tepung is only about 15 minutes away, which is convenient. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing family getaway."

"When we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change. Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff. This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking. When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!? I am extremely angry!"

"At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive from the outside. During the check-in process, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again."

Recently stayed at this boutique hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, and there are several open-air parking spaces available beside the hotel, which made parking hassle-free. Check-in was quick and straightforward. The hotel has a modern, stylish design with tasteful décor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. While the room is on the smaller side, I was already aware of this before booking, so it met my expectations. One unique feature is that the wash basin is located next to the bed, which may take some getting used to. The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights’ sleep. The toilet and shower are in separate cubicles, which is a practical layout. The shower pressure was excellent, and the towels were soft and of good quality. These are two things I always pay close attention to when choosing a hotel, and this property delivered on both. One small suggestion would be to install a towel hook or rack inside the shower cubicle for added convenience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a great choice for a short trip. I would happily stay here again.

I went here for a convention and I stayed for 2 days and 3 nights. The room is very spacious and clean. A big plus for me is that the rooms have no carpet. Affordable and fast room service. Easy checkin and checkout. The only con I see is that the rooms are not that soundproof. I also tried their gymnasium, they have a cable machine, free weights, elliptical, stationary bike and treadmill. Also, another con is if you like to do your laundry in a hotel, their laundry service is sooo expensive. They charge per clothing, not per kg. But nevertheless, staying here is value for money. Its walking distance from the airport (less than 1km). But if you want to explore the city center, this place is quite far from the center.

The hotel is quite old. They should probably install a lift straight from the basement parking to the lobby. For those coming for their honeymoon, you can request this specific room. However, housekeeping was lacking,the coffee table was sticky with uncleaned coffee spills. The ironing board was super worn out and old, like no maintenance checks were done. Lucky it didn't fall on my feet!

“This was honestly one of the best staycation experiences I’ve ever had. Booking the VIP Chalet was absolutely worth it the room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a luxurious vibe. The moment I walked in, I immediately felt relaxed because the atmosphere was so peaceful, private, and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, the air-conditioning was perfect, and every facility provided felt premium. My favorite part was definitely the beautiful view and the romantic ambiance at night truly unforgettable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful from check in until check out, which made the experience even better. This place is perfect for honeymoon trips, birthdays, anniversaries, or simply a relaxing escape from busy city life. Honestly, the photos online don’t fully capture how amazing and beautiful this chalet is in real life. It genuinely felt like staying in a luxury paradise resort 😍 Definitely coming back again!” Recommend this resort👍🏻

Overall is a good place for families to relax and enjoy the nature and with lots of pets around in the compound. Rabbit, horses, ducks, sheep & etc. nice for kids to enjoy the pet feeding. Room cleanliness to be improved anyway. A little far from town and dining outside is rather troublesome. However plenty of hawkers and roadside stalls are just within walking distances if u can accept the street foods.

This hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, making it super convenient to get around. It is clearly a very popular choice, as the hotel was quite busy and full of guests during my stay. The property is newly renovated and looks good, though I did notice a few pieces of furniture showing minor signs of wear. It wasn't anything major or bothersome, however. Overall, it is a solid place to stay, primarily because of the unbeatable location and fresh updates.

Pros- The location is good and the environment of the outside resort is also good.also the beach view is stunning.as well as their breakfast also not bad. Cons - their room situation is very very bad. Need to renovate. So old furniture and everything inside the room.feels like it will break now.Also smelly.The door even the bed everything is half broken already. Even it was rusting inside. So I will say it’s not worth it with the price we paid for one night in this room.  Suggestion- your resort is big also attractive. Please do some renovations so you can attract more guests also can give them a better experience thank you.

The kids are so happy that they got the chance to participate in the releasing the baby turtle. The pool is big even with a crowd from the school holiday. We didnt take the breakfast because we wanted to eat local food. The room is clean with 2 single beds. We didnt put the sign to make the room on our door but when we get back, the room is tidied.
