I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

Hotel localizado no outro Lado do doc e perto da Praça Wanda, que nos salvou o problema de um táxi para mover-se.Nós levámos a cruz de Chongqing, precisamos ficar UMA noite e Voltámos para Chongqing por ferrovia de alta velocidade no dia seguinte. O Pessoal do hotel é amigável e útil.Temos um veículo de 9 lugares para nos enviar para a estação ferroviária.A Sala de quarto com vista para o rio é espaçosa.A área comum do hotel foi renovada, a marmota de elevador foi polida e corredores com novos tapetes. As cortinas e cadeiras de quarto são Velas de castanho escuro que acho que são velhos projetos, substitui-lo com um brilho Mais leve de beige, tornando-o Mais moderno.O chão do banheiro precisa de polir e abraçar.

Com o nível de um hotel 5 estrelas, e merece uma avaliação de 5 estrelas de viajantes da França que se hospedaram lá por 5 noites. Serviço incrível, camareiras eficientes e simpáticas, ótimo buffet de café da manhã. Localização privilegiada perto da estação de metrô Hongkong Road (literalmente a 1 minuto a pé). Boa localização perto da estação ferroviária de Hankou. De todos os hotéis em que me hospedei, a academia do Wuhan SGL é a melhor de todas. Totalmente equipada com máquinas, barras, rack para agachamento, muitos halteres, máquinas auxiliares, esteira... Nunca vi uma academia de hotel tão bem equipada e, para todos os que gostam de se exercitar, não se decepcionarão. Com certeza voltarei na minha próxima viagem a Wuhan.

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. The environment is fantastic, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful. Sitting by the window, enjoying the view and eating is truly delightful. It's also very close to the attractions we visited. The room even has a large bathtub, and a washing machine, microwave, and umbrella are all provided. The host's service is exceptional; they respond to messages very quickly. We initially had trouble with the washing machine, and after messaging them, the cleaning lady came over right away. The host also thoughtfully sent us a Wuhan travel guide, which was incredibly considerate!!!

The Tujia style courtyard has a great experience! The courtyard environment is simple and quiet, the Tujia atmosphere is full, and the courtyard is elegant and super healing. Both the room and the yard are very spacious and transparent, the floor is not high, the 3rd floor is still equipped with an elevator. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the sleep was particularly stable. The boss is warm and thoughtful, friendly, the details are attentive, and the location is very convenient. immersive experience of Tujia style, full cost performance, highly recommended, will stay again next time you travel!

The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
