We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. Location is at T2 and If you landed in T3 have to walk 10mins to T2 then cross over the road. Their service was very good, room is very clean and breakfast was great too... Will stay here again if coming to Wuhan again

Hotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy.

Convenient location. Beautiful room and view. Convenient to get around. They provided free transport to the park. We were also able to pay for a ride on check-out day to the stone forest and then drop us afterwards at Enshi City. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

Compared with hotels at the same price, Yaluo is more outstanding in health, service and hardware, management standards, simple process, and comfortable to live. The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.
