Narlı Ev Butik is in an ideal location, you are central to all historical museums, mosques, cafes, restaurants and entertainment. The very first moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by Vedat Bey, the owner/ manager of the hotel, such a friendly and helpful gentleman, not to mention full of knowledge, he assisted us from beginning to end, any enquiries, he definitely went out of his way to help, treats everyone like family, all the staff, Mehmet bey, Defne hanım and Samet bey are all very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The hotel rooms are all beautiful and clean, we highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, we would definitely return to Narlı Ev Butik hotel again.

Tive o prazer de passar alguns dias no Hotel Maridin em Mardin e posso recomendá-lo de todo o coração. Recebemos uma recepção calorosa assim que chegamos. A equipe foi extremamente prestativa, especialmente Serif, que cuidou da nossa bagagem e dirigiu nosso carro com segurança até o estacionamento do hotel. Seu apoio fez com que nossa estadia fosse tranquila desde o início. O hotel não é apenas bonito, mas também bem equipado. Um berço foi fornecido para nós imediatamente, sem que precisássemos pedir – ótimo serviço! Elogios especiais também vão para a Sra. Bahar na recepção. Ela nos recebeu calorosamente, foi muito atenciosa no check-out e também nos ajudou a reservar um restaurante para a noite. Sua simpatia e profissionalismo tornaram nossa estadia particularmente agradável. No geral, posso dizer que o Hotel Maridin impressiona em todos os aspectos: desde o serviço de primeira classe até o belo ambiente e a localização central em Mardin. Para mim o melhor hotel da cidade!

Yeni otel çok temiz ilgi alaka güzel, koridorda gezenlerin çok sesi geliyor odaya kapı altı normalden fazla açık tekrar konaklama yapabilirim.

The location is beautiful, they were very helpful and helpful with places to visit. It is also ideal for those who do not want to stay in old-style places. The rooms are a little small compared to the selection, but it's not a big deal for 1-2 nights.

Расположение очень удобное, единственно при прибытии на автомобиле подъехать не получится- он находится в пешеходной зоне, надо это учитывать. Но автомоможно оставить недалеко на охраняемой парковке. Особо хочется отметить дизайн номеров и стиль всего отеля - он действительно как бутик. Завтраки немного поздние но очень разнообразные. Спасибо персоналу за гостеприимство!

The location is brilliant but its an outdated hotel which needs modernising. I thought I walked in on one of Agatha Christies novel. What I noticed it seemed like guests were allowed to smoke in rooms each room had an ashtray which was really odd. I did change my room because my first room had a strong smoking odour. The staff were brilliant and provided an alternative room.

朝食が素晴らしいです。毎日蜂の巣も出てきました。どれもとても美味しいです。 部屋は古い家の臭いが籠りやすいですが、多少換気してからエアコンをつければ気にならなくなります。下水の臭いも、洗面台の栓を閉じれば解決しました。 可愛らしく清潔感のあるお部屋で、大満足です！ 旧市街の狭い迷路の中にあり、夜は暗くて人通りはほぼありませんが、女性一人で歩いていても怖さは感じませんでした。
