Hotéis com Parking em Federal District, Mexico

I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)

The lady at the front desk received me very patiently. The room was very clean and large enough, with complete facilities and good internet. It's a pity that I didn't book more time. I will choose this place first next time.

Somos uma família de três pessoas e escolhemos uma suíte de 60 metros quadrados. O hotel nos ofereceu uma cama de cortesia. Não tomamos café da manhã, mas recebemos um café da manhã gratuito no 22º andar. O café da manhã é rico em variedade e muito nutritivo. Se você comprar o café da manhã, poderá tomá-lo no 3º andar. Este hotel é muito tranquilo e seguro. Fica muito perto de todas as atrações turísticas e é conveniente para táxis. Há uma farmácia, uma hamburgueria e um supermercado em frente ao hotel, onde você pode comprar qualquer produto que desejar. Há um Starbucks e barracas de mercado noturno no andar de baixo. Durante o período de Natal, o preço deste hotel é muito acessível em comparação com outros hotéis. Continuaremos voltando e recomendamos muito!

We like this hotel. Good location I. A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city. And free access to the exclusive Brisas Business Lounge that offer fast check-in, concierge service ,specialty coffes and soft drinks all day and free breakfast and light dinner, snakes and an alcohol drink in the evening. We had a little incident at the room but the staff was quick to fix it.

In general very good and customer services. Good early check in

Nice staff. Very well kept property. Slightly older but kept well very well. Daily cleaning of room is a plus. Location is close to metro and the MetroBus stops. Lot of eateries and supermarkets around. Walkable to some attractions like the Angel of Independence. I would stay here again. Affordable price. Safe deposit box is available. Big toilets. Nice view of the street. The only negative is the thin walls which is an issue if you have noisy neighbours.

酒店還算過去的去，衞生很一般，酒店服務一般，早餐不適合中國人，建議不要包含早餐比較浪費錢，跟現代的中國酒店差距不是一般的

至るとにろに工夫がみられるホテルです．フロントの装飾や自由にいつでも飲めるコーヒー、有料の自動販売機など、便利です。部屋も、冷蔵庫はありませんが、エアコンも設定されていて、ひろさもほどほどです。朝食は肉類は控えめですが、メキシコ式トトポスに2色ソースがありました。パンケーキとサラダが美味しく、ちょうど良いと思いました。
