Fantastic Location, Great Stay – Just Watch the Parking Fees!
I have stayed a few times in the recent years at Moxy Kaunas and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Kaunas City, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel also has a fantastic late bar, which was a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and the drinks were excellent.
My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the excellent noise insulation – I couldn’t hear a sound from neighboring rooms or the hallway, which made for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.
The only downside was the additional cost for parking. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the many positives of the hotel.
I’d definitely recommend Moxy Kaunas for its prime location, great amenities, and quiet rooms – just be prepared to budget a little extra for parking!

Extremely disappointed with the hotel,Arrived Am time due to flight delays,I had booked deluxe room & couldn’t sleep all night loud music people screaming shouting outside,when i complained about noise & loud music i was told there was a concert,
so hoping for saturday night to be better
unfortunately same loud music & people screaming shouting until early hours of the morning,
Staff know what is the issue but are failing to address it,
everyone is being told its the concert,
since when do concerts have music running until 4am,
upon my investigation it seems there’s a night club near the hotel,
please avoid this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep,
extremely extremely disappointed,
paid for a best room and got a juke box instead!

I recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest.
While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area and would love to see how the hotel continues to grow and improve. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

A localização e o edifício eram bons, numa rua ocupada, MAS um Lugar Muito tranquilo, e estão descansando no topo de um restaurante Momo Grill, que TEM comida incrível com ofertas de almoço.

The rooms are very spacious but very cosy in the - 30 degrees outside

Good, centrally located hotel which is on the airport bus route (29) with a stop directly outside. Mixed bag of rooms - high floors at the back have a view of the impressive white domed St Michael’s church whilst others look out onto a central courtyard/terrece.
Service was efficient but not particularly friendly. Hotel is used by airline crew and health tourists (lots of people on crutches). Breakfast had plenty of choices but geared towards Eastern European palate: cold herring. Salads etc. All in all it was a good stay.

MMarius ZStayed one night and I’m happy with my hotel choice. Pretty modern and close to Kaunas center and right in front of bus and train stations. Very good option if you have an early bus or train next day. Breakfast buffet was quite good. I opted for coffee, fried egg, sausages and smoked salmon + couple of delicious pastries. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant as well. You can go there and check the city view. Staff was friendly. I mostly travel in Asia and was surprised not to find any slippers in the room 😅 and don’t expect anything else in the room besides a bottle of mineral water, 2 towels and a hairdryer. I guess it’s catered for basketball fans who come to watch games in the nearby arena. There were lots of basketball themed details in the hotel.

GGuest UserLocation was excellent, room was o k, no wardrobe or drawers to store your cloths or belonging. I ordered a round of drinks in the bar, I had to pay for the drinks before I received them. After 10 minutes i had to ask the barmaid was she going to finish filling the order, to be told that the barrel was empty. I said I will wait until it is changed. To be greeted by the barmaid holding up her finger to show me a plaster on one of her fingers and asking me how was she going to change the barrel. There were 4 other staff behind the bar just standing there. Surely this is not the first time a barrel has runout during a shift.

AAlon LekerIn fact, this is an autonomous hotel, after booking and payment, you have to send a copy of your passport by email/wotzapp and you will get the homephone code, instructions how to enter. Then you have to dial a number from the phone and the most important thing is to understand how it opens because only a clicking can be heard. My door opened inside after the third attempt. In the room everything is clean, good. Very pleased with a normal hammer coffee for people. The only disadvantage is a broken tap, unclean top shower and a lot of dust on the fan. The terrace is very beautiful, though, in the rest of it is a solid four!

They told me where to go and how to go when i asked them. Breakfast is good and many choices.
Location is very central and can get bus easily to everywhere. Next door is the main bus terminal.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.

AAnonymous UserThe overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot.
I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour.
I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully
