I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

Excellent service, they handled our luggage very well. The room was also very comfortable. I especially loved their breakfast, which had a great variety. The location is perfect for exploring on foot right downstairs, and it's close to a famous unagi restaurant. I'd definitely come back here.

E como auditor voluntário e consultor do ESG, a atmosfera amigável do ECO no hotel é a experiência mais iconica, embora haja mais a fazer, torna o toyoko Inn tão identificable e único em comparação com outros. The location was fantastic, check in was quick and smooth. We left our luggage at the counter as we arrived early. We stayed on Level 9. Our room was a room at the end of the aisle with two single beds and an additional foldable bed added. However, the room was not properly cleaned. There was visible dust on the surfaces on the ledge of the bed above our heads. The small bedside table was also covered with dust. As my daughter and I both have allergic reactions, it was bad for our noses and much sneezing ensued. I am deeply disappointed as I have come to expect top level cleanliness from Japanese hotels and so far, I have never been disappointed. This was by far my worst stay in a Japanese hotel.

Ha sido una buena experiencia por el precio que pagamos. Incluye desayuno y cena (cosa que no ocurre en la mayoría de hoteles) No pudimos usar el spa porque estaba averiado. La cama es amplia y la almohada cómoda. Variedad de amenities. Disponen de una bici para alquilar, pero no la usé porque fui en pareja. Fuera de la estación hay bicis eléctricas para alquilar.

Location is out of the way, but the service, room, and staff are all exceptional. Very spacious. There's a dining area right when you walk in that has events like live music, but make sure to reserve ahead of time (I didn't and I'm kicking myself for that).

Conveniently located at Fushimi station, short walk away from Nagoya Intercity where the exit with elevator is located. Great for family with many large luggage. Limousine bus from airport is located right at the doorstep. Large family room with 4 beds (1+ meter). Kids love the lounge at Level 6 where they can have complimentary snacks and nice beverages. Nice Christmas decorations and vibe during the stay. Multiple convenience stores are located just 1-2 minutes walk away from the hotel.
