The hotel should be a famous hotel in the local area! However, it is incomparable with the domestic 4 star hotel. The first hotel is relatively old, and the second hotel's supplies are relatively inferior. Only the staff are still pretty good, attitude is good, only live for one day, so in addition to feeling expensive, feeling worthwhile, the mood is not too bad! One night of transition, nothing to worry about!

On the top of a beautiful hill in the center of the city, there are many ancient buildings nearby. The hotel has three accommodations and three restaurants, all adjacent to each other. The breakfast is very good, and the Asian dishes in the MANDALAY restaurant are also very good. The price/performance ratio is much better than other hotels in Shillong.

Me and my sister had a very good stay in this hotel.

1. Very clean rooms and toilet
2. safe for solo female travellers
3. has CCTV camera and hotel staff as guard.

We stayed for 1 night where we booked executive room.The room though a little small is very clean and well maintained.The staff are polite and helpful.But the highlight was the excellent dinner.The taste of the soup,chicken satay,mixed fried rice and custard caramel still lingers..it was one of the best dinners that we have had.The breakfast was simple but tasty.I would definitely recommend this place ,can book deluxe room instead of executive if more space requires

It was a nice stay in phibha villa. It is quite close to civil hospital. The hotel staff is very good and helpful. The food is delicious. The hotel has its own restaurant. In cleanliness, i will give the rating very good. The room i stayed in had a double bed and a single one. The facility to prepare a cup of tea or coffee is available in the room. Phibha villa can be a fine choice for tourists searching for a budget friendly accomodation.

GGuest UserThe hotel has good and safe parking space and has green surroundings a nice environment for a relaxing stay. The room was good and clean. Service was okay. Food was better. There should be a wash basin/washroom just outside the restaurant. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe place was very well maintained and clean. Though it is a bit far from the city center, taxis/uber are easily available. The best part of the stay was the staff. Santosh ji at the reception was very friendly, engaging and helped out everyone with suggestions on places to visit, routes and travel plans.
