Usei Hilton para fazer negócios no passado e Dover vivia para cumprir as minhas expectativas.Reservei três quartos duplos por três noites para UMA reunião.Muito feliz com nossa estadia e irá reservar novamente.Amigo, pessoal atento.Quartos e banheiros limpos SEM escuro. Alguns DOS Mais confortáveis leitos que dormimos.Alguns problemAs com pequeno-almoço (resolvido) e UMA Grande seleção.Alguns DOS nossos partidos gozaram de sauna.Um lado a lado - o elevador único é muito pequeno e lento para criar um buraco.

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

Sadly, I wasn't impressed with the level of cleanliness in the single room but the double room & bathroom were much. The view of the harbour from the room was outstanding. Lots of activities and Christmas parties taking place.

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Overall, the experience was excellent, and the hotel maintained high standards across most areas. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. However, the room service could be improved, as it did not meet the same level of quality as the other services provided.

Wonderful last minute local getaway for a couple. Incredible spa facilities and lovely comfortable room. Breakfast was super and service was wonderful!

Friendly staff, very clean room with everything needed. Restaurant staff helpful and good quality breakfast.

Eu estava um pouco preocupado quando me aproximava do hotel, não parecia bom. Uma vez que tudo mudou, todo o local é inimaculadamente limpo, decorado com sabor e as instalações são excelentes. O MEU único negativo é que a sauna não funciona. A melhor característica deste hotel é o pessoal, muito amigável, eficiente e feliz de ajudar. Ele voltará.

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..
