"Had 2 nights stay in this hotel. I Booked in advanced deluxe room at the 3d floor (according to the booking). On photos it showed that it have windows and bigger room. But when i arrived to the hotel staff gave me the key from the room at the 1 st floor and said that tbat was a deluxe. I saw that too many guests stayed in the hotek so it srems to mee tbat they had overbooking and gave me a worse room. No any questions about the cleaning but no one suggested me another room"

"The place is nice and big. It’s definitely getting old. Older carpets, rugs and furnishings now. The hotel looks busy and a bit commercialized with mall oriented stores on the bottom floor which takes away from the quiet and relaxing feel. I would still choose to stay here if the price was right."

"I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!"

"Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest."

"5 star hotel in a budget price. The location is central so easy access to all the city attractions. The cleanliness and service staff are all good. But the hotel amenities provided were not enough. The taps, bathtubs were a bit old and not working properly. The breakfast was pretty good but the non vegetarian options were less."
