I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is very clean, which made all the difference in comfort. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with good options to start the day off right. The staff was excellent, always helpful and polite. The location is another positive point, as it provides easy access to several attractions and services. Considering all this, I found the cost-benefit to be very good. I would definitely stay here again!

Fui em 26/11/2025, sozinho a trabalho, e tive uma excelente experiência, com muita simpatia e receptividade pelo pessoal da recepção, tive oportunidade de estar em contato com as camareiras e são simpáticas igualmente. A prestação das informações sobre a cidade foram um diferencial para mim que nada conhecia e precisava de orientação. Recomendo.

Great location, very good rooms, but unfortunately, terrible service. There were huge lines for both check-in and check-out, and the staff seemed completely clueless. A 2 PM check-in time is already quite inconvenient, and we still had the experience of joining the massive reception queue, only to be told, when it was finally our turn at 1:58 PM, that we couldn't check in yet because the official time was 2 PM, and we'd have to wait at the back of the line. In the end, we only managed to get into our room closer to 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient for us as we were staying for a wedding at 4 PM. For check-out, the treatment was quite different, apart from the line still being enormous. We weren't given even a minute's grace period to check out. A truly disappointing experience for a luxury hotel; we will definitely be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to the city.

The breakfast is suffering, too small for the hotel size, and they could have already resolved this, given the hotel age. In addition, only two staff members did not realize the full service of table cleaning, replacement of tools and the items offered in the buffet. We understand that the hotel price is economic, but it is not for that reason an advance authorisation for this type of disorganization.Suggestion: reduce buffet options, but ensure that no shortage of minimum, such as hot coffee and salt bread.

It's a nice hotel because the team is amazing and very well trained . Problem is transportation if you have no car or driver , Ubers don't come easy and the shopping mall don't have Taxis . So, be aware about the transportation.

Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

Good value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.

It was a long trip recovery stay, the room has a sympathetic area and the Mini-Bar with a minimum offer, a good relationship request quality

The reception attendant was not pleasant, I had made the wrong booking, and I told her I was going to contact you to resolve it. But she was not careful with my problem just checked in and gave me the key while I was on the phone with you. She was not empathic even a little! So much that the person there said: let's cancel your reservation and do it again to get it right. She did and she deployed me with a great deficit of education! I was very angry with the reservation I made wrong!
