A localização é excelente, não muito longe dos mercados matutinos e noturnos e de várias atrações importantes à beira do rio, tornando-o conveniente para refeições e compras. O quarto é espaçoso, bem projetado e basicamente totalmente funcional. No entanto, como o mercado matinal de Heihe é tão famoso, optamos por não tomar café da manhã no hotel, então não posso dizer muito sobre ele. A limpeza não foi cuidadosa e havia pequenas moscas no quarto, provavelmente do esgoto. O serviço também foi decepcionante. Eles não só não atenderam à nossa solicitação de um quarto longe do elevador, como usaram o tipo de quarto como desculpa para reservar um quarto perto do elevador. Mais tarde, descobrimos que o tipo de quarto que reservamos também ficava longe do elevador. Também tivemos que pagar um depósito (50 yuans por guarda-chuva) para pegar um guarda-chuva emprestado. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

O Mercure é limpo e aconchegante, e você será recebido com Madiel Popsicle no check-in. A localização é boa, é conveniente ir a qualquer lugar de táxi. Fica a 10 minutos a pé da Rua Central e da Igreja de Santa Sofia. O serviço das senhoras na recepção é muito bom.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

For travelers, it offers exceptional convenience for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortably warm, which is especially important in Harbin’s cold climate. Being situated in the city center, the hotel provides easy access to the railway station, airport shuttle stops, and popular attractions such as the Songhua River, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and Zhaolin Park. During peak travel seasons, the hotel is generally more competitively priced than international chain hotels in the same area, making it a great value choice that truly “wins on location.” The front desk staff and service team (including the personal butler service) are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is also relatively healthy and well-suited for guests who prefer balanced, nutritious meals. Possui salas de reunião, lojas de presentes e academia. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é a limpeza do carpete. O carpete tem manchas visíveis, o que é compreensível, já que é difícil de limpar.
