Tive uma excelente experiência no Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. Todos os funcionários estão dispostos a nos ajudar e garantir que tenhamos a melhor experiência possível neste hotel e em Harbin. Nunca ficamos sem itens de higiene pessoal em nosso quarto, e eles são repostos sempre que possível. Comemorei o aniversário do meu parceiro durante a nossa estadia e um funcionário até preparou uma surpresa para nós! Este hotel tem uma localização conveniente. A maioria dos pontos turísticos fica a uma curta distância a pé, e a estação de metrô fica em frente ao hotel. Este é um hotel com vista para o Rio Songhua. Possui salas de reunião, lojas de presentes e academia. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é a limpeza do carpete. O carpete tem manchas visíveis, o que é compreensível, já que é difícil de limpar. Definitivamente me hospedaria neste hotel novamente! Obrigado a todos os funcionários.

O hotel está decorado num estilo europeu e sente-se como se tivesse viajado pela Europa assim que entra.As duas cortinas no escritório frontal são particularmente desenhadas.O serviço atento de Xinyu e Jiaqi no escritório frontal fez-me sentir em casa. A localização é excelente, não muito longe dos mercados matutinos e noturnos e de várias atrações importantes à beira do rio, tornando-o conveniente para refeições e compras. O quarto é espaçoso, bem projetado e basicamente totalmente funcional. No entanto, como o mercado matinal de Heihe é tão famoso, optamos por não tomar café da manhã no hotel, então não posso dizer muito sobre ele. A limpeza não foi cuidadosa e havia pequenas moscas no quarto, provavelmente do esgoto. O serviço também foi decepcionante. Eles não só não atenderam à nossa solicitação de um quarto longe do elevador, como usaram o tipo de quarto como desculpa para reservar um quarto perto do elevador. Mais tarde, descobrimos que o tipo de quarto que reservamos também ficava longe do elevador. Também tivemos que pagar um depósito (50 yuans por guarda-chuva) para pegar um guarda-chuva emprestado. Embora seja reembolsável na devolução, foi um pouco desconfortável para outros hóspedes.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Especially staff with tag No. 041 and there was a girl staff who help to assist me when I asked for pharmacy. Breakfast served was basic chinese breakfast. Each person get a hard boiled eggs and buffet style. You decide if you want to eat or take the eggs only. Room was just nice. It was a bit too cold for us and they let us have portable heater. You only need to ask for it okay. They have washing machine but no dryer so you need to be creative how to dry your own clothes 🤣. Its a bit far from subway but within 12 mins walking distance. My friend and I walked -21 degree to get to the station and it was nice. Many hidden underground shopping mall nearby which is walking distance. I love that the area are surrounded by pharmacy and clinic because at one point we really need to get some medication because our ******* not working. Oh, most of the time we travel using the bus which is 2 mins away from hotel. Its easy and convenient too.

**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

Приятный новый отель, очень удобная локация рядом с кафе Камелот. Из плюсов ещё то, что есть детские номера с динозаврами и другими героями. Сиденье унитаза с подогревом, очень здорово. Постель чистая, качественная, белоснежная. Из минусов: грязно было в душе, когда открыла воду начала грязь с углов лететь, куски какие то. Олег холодный пол, всё-таки отели с коврами я люблю больше. Очень шумный слив воды, например помыл руки и минут 5 слушаешь как все это течет долго долго по трубам, сначала думала что вода где-то мимо течет. Шампунь, гель для душа самое дешёвое, мыться этим невозможно, поэтому обязательно берите свое. Завтраков нет, видимо будут позже. Персонал очень деловой, разговаривают, как будто ты приехал в их отель бесплатно. Хотелось бы более вежливое общение.

O quarto tem artigos de higiene básicos, etc. e é muito limpo. A equipe do balcão não é tão atenciosa, pois pediram meu cartão do quarto 10 minutos depois que o devolvi a eles.

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!
