Service: Due to our reasons, the reservation was wrong, and the front desk helped us change the room. Thank you very much to the front desk lady! Later, my glasses fell off while eating breakfast, and the front desk also helped us put them away. Thank you. Room: The room was clean and tidy without any odor. There was a Gree air purifier and two snacks were given. Hot spring: It was too hot during the day, so we swam and played for a while before taking a hot spring bath. It was very comfortable. Breakfast: As shown in the picture, there are many varieties of breakfast and it is delicious.

The experience at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Enshi Station far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located just east of the train station, a 5-minute walk even with luggage. The surrounding amenities are also superb; within a few minutes' walk, you'll find a snack street and authentic local restaurants, offering specialty foods like Zhang Guan He Zha and Tujia Diaozha Bing. In the evenings, there's a lively BBQ night market. Getting to city attractions or the Enshi Grand Canyon by taxi is also very convenient. The room experience was comfortable and thoughtful. The space was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, allowing me to relax instantly after a long day of sightseeing. My sleep quality was undisturbed. Service details were heartwarming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive throughout. The hotel offers complimentary laundry and ironing services, and with advance booking, you can even enjoy pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is incredibly practical for travelers on the go. The facilities are comprehensive. The buffet breakfast at the Hua Yu themed restaurant offers a rich variety, including Chinese pastries, Western bread, freshly made noodles, and fresh fruits – everything you need to start your day energetically. There's also a heated swimming pool and a gym open from 9 AM to 10 PM. This is truly the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Enshi! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel has an elegant environment, spacious and bright rooms, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent sleep quality. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out process is efficient and convenient. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there are abundant dining options. I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍

I usually like to save the best for last when writing, but for reviews, I'll cut straight to the chase. We booked an Executive Suite primarily for the Executive Lounge access, but the lounge experience was so disappointing that we checked out after just one night. The room itself, however, was great. Executive Lounge Happy Hour: We arrived at six, and it was already packed. There was barely any food left. Since it was the Winter Solstice on Saturday, they had dumplings. No desserts, and the cold selection just had sandwiches and sushi. Some dishes were empty. We found a spot, and just as we were finishing up, another guest placed a dirty plate next to us. The whole lounge was so noisy; we left after less than half an hour. Compared to executive lounges at other hotels, this one was truly subpar. The last three pictures show some of the dishes from the executive lounge. Facilities: The Executive Suite on the 19th floor was very spacious at 98 square meters, with two bathrooms. The living room had a sofa and a round table, and the bedroom was also large. The bathroom was equipped with mouthwash, and the living room had a capsule coffee machine, all very good. The view outside was also excellent. Ambiance: The lobby was spacious and featured some old photos of Wuhan. Service: The service was very good. The front desk staff specifically put the explanation of the executive floor benefits into an envelope for us. Breakfast: The Executive Lounge doesn't offer breakfast, so we had to go to the restaurant on the second floor. However, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. The freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was delicious. There were plenty of choices for desserts, fruits, drinks, and main courses, and enough seating at the tables. However, the hotel was very slow to refund the deposit. We checked out on Saturday morning around 10 AM, but didn't receive the deposit until Sunday morning around 9 AM. Overall, it's still a pretty good hotel; I'm just quite disappointed with the Executive Lounge. If I book again, I'll just opt for a standard room.

Even before check-out, they thoughtfully reminded us to double-check our belongings. Every step was smooth and natural, with no stiff procedures, just a genuine warmth that made us feel well taken care of. Other hotel staff were also very friendly; the front desk patiently answered our questions and gave us local recommendations, and housekeeping service was very responsive, professional, and sincere. We felt completely at ease and comfortable the entire time.

We booked two rooms and saw that there were elderly people there, so we were upgraded to one room with a view of the park opposite. The elderly were very satisfied. The room was clean and hygienic, the breakfast was rich in variety, and the security guard outside the door recommended a good place to eat.

The hotel's location is very convenient for travel, and it is quiet in a bustling city. It is especially quiet at night. It is close to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the silence in the courtyard also highlights the sound of the aircraft. The room is relatively better. Fortunately, the sound is short, only about 20 seconds. There are not many flights and it is not too late. The front desk is very hospitable and I will stay here again next time.
