Had a wonderful stay at KSL Hotel & Resort! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, especially with the mall connected—very convenient for food, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were great as well, especially for families. The kids really enjoyed the pool and play areas. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Will definitely come back again!

Hotel bem localizado, ao lado do posto de imigração da Malásia. Café da manhã bom,oferece restaurante para janta(bom também). Tem academia e piscina no 1o andar. O quarto é espaçoso e estava limpo. Tem uma cozinha para preparos básicos (fogão 2 bocas e microondas). Também tem geladeira e ítens basicos de cozinha.

A primeira vez que experimento fogos de artifício durante a noite (hari raya está à volta do canto) no conforto do meu quarto no nível mais alto do hotel - grande ponto mais. Através da rua, a cerca de 500m da praça de comptar/jb, ficam confortáveis, afastam-se da multidão do CIQ, mas também com facilidade de acesso ao local. Não há acesso Wi-Fi gratuito lá em baixo, e o frigorífico não permitiu que o meu gelado permaneça no SEU estado sólido.Aircon não é o Mais Frio, MAS há um ventilador de tecto para curvar com calor.Foram fornecidos toalhas básicas. Apreciem também o modo como o pessoal estava estacionado no portão e forneceram algum senso de segurança, especialmente se a noite for tarde.

For the price that I am paying, I would say this hotel is definitely worth it. Many eateries and massage places around the hotel. Soundproofing is not the best but it didn't really affect me. 2 wishes I have are firmer pillows and self service laundry facilities. Other than that, I am happy with the stay.

Mixed Experience – Good Service Recovery but Initial Handling Could Be Better I recently stayed at Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre and had a mixed experience. For the first two nights, we suspected the room was not properly cleaned as both my husband and I experienced continuous sneezing throughout the stay. I reported this to the front desk after the first night, but no action was taken or escalated. Unfortunately, we had to endure a second uncomfortable night before I raised the issue again to the duty manager. I must commend the duty manager for her prompt and decisive action — she arranged an immediate room change, which made a significant difference. This level of service recovery was appreciated. However, it is unclear why the initial concern was not escalated earlier by the front desk, which could have prevented unnecessary discomfort. On a positive note, when I fell sick during the stay, the front desk staff were thoughtful enough to send porridge and warm water to my room — a kind gesture that I truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the breakfast selection varies daily, which is a plus. A special mention to the egg station staff — they were consistently friendly and attentive, handling every request with a smile even during busy periods. Check-out was smooth and efficient. Overall, while there were some lapses in initial handling, the service recovery and certain staff members’ efforts stood out.

Apenas 5 minutos a pé até ao centro do vale O pequeno-almoço foi um dos melhores que já tentei em Jb. Tinha tantas escolhas. E também muito bonito O hotel entregou a minha petição Vai certamente voltar. Muito feliz

I really enjoyed my recent stay at Subway Hotel Big Box. I was happy to see a nice little improvement in the breakfast—especially the croissants, which were much crispier and fresher this time around! It’s a small detail that really made my mornings better. The only real headache was the bathroom door, which was surprisingly difficult to lock. Aside from that struggle, it was a lovely, comfortable stay. Definitely a solid spot for a quick trip!

Enjoyed watching while lying down. Staff, from reception to cleaners, are all friendly. There's a lift, so no worries if you have elderly parents. Can bring a wheelchair. Parking is also spacious. Can repeat next time 😄

The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with a modern and elegant style. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and functional, although it does not have a separate wet and dry area, it was still easy to use. The in-room amenities and tea/coffee area were neatly arranged, with coffee, tea, and bottled water provided. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, offering great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

trip time: 16feb-17feb 2026. As a rider, I didnt expect the security guard to be so friendly and polite during my trip. i arrived at the hotel to verify whether there is motorcycle parking. yes indeed , even for motorcycle - i could just use the roadside parking but probably due to my phobia or unfamiliarity as a foreigner with the place. So, SGreans welcome over here, is safe! Despite not booking the hotel at that point of time yet, the security remain polite and patient when i try to ask for shelter as it was raining. Yes, once inside the lobby, i immediately went to buy drinks for the guard and book a room immediately. well , i book through 3rd party app seems to be a increase in 10+ sgd but is fine can afford it - moral of this sentence is book early. The receptionist is welcoming, smiling:) They speak fluent English, wasted should come work in SG. facilities wise considered sufficient- didn't manage to use their facilities . spacious room which includes a working desk, mini chair. what they emphasize was their pillow, was more comfortable than their hardened bed. given 4 pillows just for 1 person. yes, i slept on the pillows instead of bed. for those that driving or riding, this hotel is very accessible via the highway. less than 100-200metres away. shopping facilities and eateries are all nearby.
