As quartos são espaçosos e a cama é confortável. Cons: A recepção deve ser melhor, e Josh NOS acompanhou no check-in, e ele não é amigável e útil quando algumas perguntas foram feitas. Um amigo meu (um par) foi atribuído a um quarto que a AC não estava a trabalhar. E quando pediu para um quarto mudou, ele disse que não estava disponível. Ele mencionou que era um problema em curso e ofereceu-lhes um fã. Como é possível que ainda vendam um quarto deficiente a um convidado quando sabem que é um problema?Mas se eles querem UMA actualização, eles podem, MAS eles têm que pagar 13 libras!!Eu acho que é estranho! Os MEUS amigos foram presos Na mesma sala até o final de SUA estadia com um FAN! Em geral, estou feliz com a estadia, MAS preciso de correr sobre a atribuição de quartos.

I had a very pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Birmingham. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the city centre, public transport, shops, and restaurants. The bathroom was tidy and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, B&B Hotel Birmingham provides a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future.

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.

Great location. Adequate sound proofing. The breakfast is varied though a bit busy, but that’s expected. At peak breakfast time and check out only one elevator was working and it was a nightmare - especially if you had to go down with suitcases. The only negative is that the shower was super clogged.

2nd day stay and towel left 1 supplied. After requesting and send after 2 hrs 3rd day stay same issue and request to send additional. Never send Bad

It was an excellent stay at Scarman for me. The room I stayed in was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a good range of food for breakfast and the selection of food for lunch & dinner was not huge but the food was delicious. I went to the University of Warwick to attend my son's graduation which the venue for the ceremony was within walking distance. To sum up, I am impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious especially if you have luggage to open. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Location wise, walkable to Birmingham New Street train station given you don’t have big heavy luggage. Although I can hear the people outside but it’s not really bad. You can ask for some essentials if you forgot yours, available at the reception. The staff were nice and accommodating.
