"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was nothing but positive! The room was spacious and very cozy: clean bedding, comfortable furniture, and a modern design. I was especially pleased with how quiet it was – after long walks around the city, it's so important to be able to get a good night's rest. The staff was a particular delight. I was greeted with a smile at the front desk, and they were helpful and suggested some great nearby spots for a delicious dinner. The location is also superb: you can walk to the main attractions, and there are charming cafes and shops nearby. I'll definitely come back here again if I'm in the city! 😊 A big plus is undoubtedly the sauna."

"Отель очень понравился. Хорошие номера, только было прохладно даже с работающим кондиционером и батареей (отдыхали в январе, на улице было -9). Завтраки отличные, все очень вкусно. Персонал приятный, за исключением пары человек на рецепшен. При заселении пытались убедить нас в том, что мы не оплатили проживание 4х человек, а только 3х. И когда я сказала, что сейчас буду писать в поддержку и разбираться сразу испугались и сказали, ой, да мы фамилии перепутали. У вас все хорошо. Очень неприятный осадок остался. Бассейн небольшой, но хороший и сауна тоже. Расположение в 15 минутах ходьбы от центра. Поблизости очень мало кафе и ресторанов. Чтобы покушать нужно идти в центр. Есть пара супермаркетов неподалеку. Рядом рынок. За свои деньги отличный отель!"

Although the room is small, the battery didn't heat at all. The air conditioner did not work. The bathroom is clean, there is a single shampoo, gel. There is no bottled water, but there is a cooler on the floor (at least seen on its own). There are one-time slippers. If it were not a terrible cold in the room and a beautiful hearing of everything that happens around, it could have put a very good assessment."

欧欧Just inside the old city, surrounded by ancient buildings of different colors and shapes, the service is very good, someone helped me with my luggage, there are questions and answers. Because I can speak Russian. 😝 Breakfast is plentiful, 10 minutes walk from the hotel to St. Simon's Church and the Neman River, and Grodner is my favorite city on my self-driving way to Belarus. The hotel is quiet at night. Very recommended! 👍

Before I went for the second time, I contacted Trip.com customer service to help me solve the check-in problem and the hotel network use problem. This time, the double room for me was too small, there was half the space last time, and the room heating was not good. After telling the cleaning staff, the heating was better the next day.
