É UMA vergonha que o tempo está molhado Durante a nossa estadia, MAS não NOS deixou de divertir.As tendas de visão no Port Arthur Holiday Park NRMA são Muito bonitas e quentes, o que é perfeito para o clima miserável. Nossos Cinco Anos de idade amava ver as aves andando por aí, e até vimos um poço perto do nosso barbecue, e também nos sentimos perto do Port Arthur Historic Site, o que significava que ainda podíamos sair e explorar entre os chuveiros. As tendas de encanto são UMA boa opção para as famílias e nós recomendaríamos isso.

It's quite clean. And the staff is nice. The water is not hot all day,, but warm anyway. Maybe because of too many people. They don't have a place to hang the clothes, but you can pay for the dryer machine. You can get a discount for the Japanese food next door If you live in this hotel. That surprised a bit. The noodle is delicious, But the rice is not.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location-wise, it's literally right next door to the Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre, which makes it super easy for families with kids as you don't need to rush in the morning. The cabin is clean and nicely tucked away. You do get nice visitors every now and then, which is a nice little surprise. I also highly recommend the restaurant that is situated about 2mins walk from the cabin area. Apart from the quality cuisine, the view from the lounge is without a doubt the best you can find in the area.

Nice hotel. Free parking, polite and efficient check-in. Very big room with balcony. Tea/coffee facilities. Excellent views. Forgot wallet with lit of cash and cards at the restaurant during the dinner, only remembered next morning. The wallet was handed back to me next day

入住前已經電郵通知酒店會較晚入住, 大約晚上八至九點,入住當天星期六,當日提前到達是下午五點半,酒店前台星期六,五點關閉,不能直接進入,不能得到任何幫忙,前台櫃檯燈已關上,唯有等待其他住客出入時,因本身沒有國際電話使用,向住客借電話嘗試查詢,最後通過住客聯絡酒店,得到幫忙,取得鑰匙進入房間. 入住當晚氣溫較低,嘗試調整室內空調,因為係中央控制,但因此台已經停止服務,房間內有電話可以聯絡一個遠端服務處理中心,得到答案,暫時沒有任何支援可以幫助,只有等待明天,房間內提供給客人穿著的房間拖鞋沒有準備,

O Resort precisa de UMA mudança de casa, as cortinas de cortinas são comidas pelo sol, as necessidades de banheiro são atualizadas, a porta de deslizamento para o balcão não se fecha de forma adequada, o vento flutuou toda a noite. A TV não funcionou, o dia seguinte estava a trabalhar intermitentemente. Além disso, era limpo e o restaurante era delicioso.

Pretty comfortable one night stay with this motel at hotel rate in Bicheno, bit different from our expectations in terms of room cleanliness and it’s very basic setup, guess because it is an old motel complex. Thou thumbs up for amenities including lovely smile hand & body cream and the non-leaking shower area, as a lot other hotels do have the watering issues👍 OK service at check-in as it is also the counter for the bar & drinks for the pub, so bit of wait and rush service.

The standard room is old and not up to mercure’s standard The hotel has provided a free upgrade, its fair if that was a standard room facility. The staff are very well trained, but the standard room is not up to international hotel standard.
