這家的位置在Helensvale, 距離機場35km, 離市區15km, 接機會收接機費，剛開始服務還行。
但槽點實在無語，
1. 酒店不會給你主動做每天的客房打掃服務。
2. 且餐食管理能力，實在太low。餐食定點定時供應，四菜一湯，雖然都含在房費裏。經常出現飯被客人用完了，而你還沒吃上。
3.距離市區實在太遠，每天開車來回路上多餘油費實在心疼。
4. 房間內有蚊子，隔音一般。

The corridors lights could not be switched off at night making the room uncomfortable to fall asleep as the light permeated the room.
The bed side lights were non functional needing one to walk to the entrance wall to switch off the room light.
Made a complaint about these issues but nothing was done about it. Quite poor service

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.

AAnonymous UserIt's a bit old, the water in the bathtub is yellow, but it's the best hotel in the area. The breakfast is good, but the front desk can't change coins. Zimbabwean taxi drivers pretend they don't have change and don't give change.

CChao.CZThis is the best hotel in downtown Harare. The rooms are decent and relatively clean. There's a gym, dry and wet saunas, and a large outdoor pool. The weather was a bit cool when I arrived, so I didn't dare try it. There's a long-distance bus station nearby. Safety is average, so taxis are recommended for travel, and it's best to avoid walking alone at night.

DdaviddclinThis is a hotel with a British colonial feel. The proximity to the golf course is a personal favorite. The restaurant has very good food and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere in the bar is also very pleasant. Worth booking again.

AAleciaI’m glad I was able to look at the room before officially booking here, as I made a mistake and booked at another hotel and the pictures were nothing like that actual thing. I had a nice kind size bed, refrigerator, complimentary water, cable tv with Netflix and HBO options. There was an outside pool I’m terribly upset I didn’t get to utilize. Because I hadn’t made other plans, I was able to extend my stay for an additional night with no problems. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’m glad I stayed here; will stay here again my next visit to Zimbabwe.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively old, it is estimated that it was a four-star hotel 30 years ago, there is no maintenance upgrade, no air conditioning, fortunately the driver is autumn and winter, not hot.

Thank you Amanzi Lodge although I am a little bit sad for not able to book the massage for my in-laws it seems like something wrong with the telephone number but anyway they enjoyed thats more important😊

GGuest User[The best choice for family outings! Baby will not want to leave after playing] Shenghua Villa is perfect for bringing children! The rooms are spacious and bright, and children's toiletries are thoughtfully prepared. There are abundant indoor and outdoor playground facilities, and the ocean ball pool is open all day. The breakfast is rich in nutrition and worry-free! The swimming pool has a shallow water area, and lifeguards guard it throughout the whole process. The staff took the initiative to help look after the luggage, and the details were perfect. It is a treasure hotel that frees parents' hands!
