"The service was excellent, staff are a credit to the hotel - very friendly, respectful and helpful. We were in room no 412 from 30/03/26- 06/04/2026-  room was fine no issues. Location was perfect! Breakfast was good , loved the eggs and their restaurant Antalya was amazing, the food was 👍 especially their Antalya Platter - tTurkish food that tasted turkish! The rooftop pool was really good as well as their well stocked gym - they had alot of equipment - was impressed as compared to other 5stars hotel their gym was trumped it all! InShaAllah will visit again with my children x"

"Overall a very good experience compared to other hotels within Sylhet. Apart from few cracks on the wall , shower cleanliness and initial bad odour at the room , I thought it was a very pleasant experience. Staffs were very professional and helpful. Lots of amenities available within the hotel for example spa , pool , live music , badminton court etc. Breakfast had various cuisine option , however milk tea was a total flop due to being so strong and very dark in color. I noticed that even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you’re more than welcome to come and check out their amenities. Don’t worry, it’s not a security issue at all as very low number of people who come in without staying, and hotel always complete security checks at the gate before anyone enters the facility. If I ever find myself in Sylhet again, I’m definitely staying at Grand Sylhet."

"Overall a good experience but one thing to keep in mind their rooms aren’t soundproof. As a result a lot of horn noises come insede the room alltime, in daytime it’s ok but at night it’s really annoying. The stuffs are really friendly and caring. Safety is also really good side here. I would recommend them to make their room soundproof for a 5 out of 5 experience!"

"I stayed at Royal Mark Hotel, Sylhet with my wife from 26–27 August 2026, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is relatively new, having been in operation for about a year, and it still feels fresh and well-maintained. One of its biggest advantages is the location. Situated in the prime area of Nurboxtula, Sylhet, it offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other city conveniences. The hotel also has two of its own restaurants, and Chef's Table Station is located in the same building, so dining options are excellent. We stayed in Room 1304 on the 13th floor, a corner room that was provided exactly as I had requested. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The king-size bed was spacious and offered a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also large, with modern fittings and all the essential amenities. There was a large TV, and the highlight was definitely the city view. Opening the curtains revealed a beautiful panoramic view of Sylhet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the service. I felt that the hotel was slightly understaffed, and while the staff members were polite and helpful, they would benefit from additional training to provide a more refined and attentive guest experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. As with many new hotels, everything is currently in excellent condition, and I hope they continue to maintain these standards in the years ahead. Another big plus is the room rate, which I found to be very reasonable considering the hotel's location, facilities, and overall quality. I would definitely consider staying at Royal Mark Hotel again on my next visit to Sylhet."

"It’s a nice nifty hotel. Pretty well kept and a decent location, quiet area, while being in the heart of the town. Overall a really solid selection. However, really couldn’t differentiate between between a “honeymoon” suit vs regular in terms of how rooms are setup or special amenities being offered."

"This is probably the best hotel to stay at in the city of Sylhet! Location is right in the city center and rooms were modern for a comfortable stay. The bellman were also super kind, often hailing me down CNGs to take me around the city, so special shoutout to them for that."
