A villa é Muito boa.Limpa e limpa.Tem sistema KARAOKE, alto-falantes e mochilas.Conecte directamente a música do YouTube, Netflix, piscina privada, banheiro, mesa de snooker, cozinha aberta. Definitivamente, você precisa de SEU próprio carro ou SEU próprio Tipo de transporte, excepto que ele liga a cadA caixa. 7-11s também estão fechados. 100% certamente voltaria com o MEU Grupo de amigos quando viajamos para Pattaya novamente. Perfeito para as famílias grandes, casais e grupos de amigos juntos.As fotos nestas revisões não podiam fazer a sua justiça. Quando me esforçava por entrar, estava correndo como um miúdo. É tão bom! Tinha a chance de ficar lá por 3-4 dias.Também TEM SUAS próprias máquinas de lavar roupa e secador 😂

Positive: We rented the place because I needed some space to clear up my diving gear, and this one was perfect for that. It has a billiard table to play with family or friends. Food mart in walking distance. The compound is secure with guards and portals around. 10min drive to Balihai Pier so suggest for divers. Housekeeping is amazing very clean and helpful. No amenities except towels and hairdryers, but that was in the description so wasnt a problem at all. Towels are clean and replaced every other day so that was a thumbs up too. Negative points: the property asks you for approx 15% deposit but it never tells you that you must pay in ”cash” until the last minute. I had to rush the day before checkin to exchange enough cash. Get prepared with sufficient cash if you are booking this place, because nobody will tell you cash-only until D-1. On the last day the manager asked me that she would deduct 3000thb for electricity fee and I said it's ridiculous. She eventually didnt charge that fee but it was somewhat wierd to even say so.

We had a fantastic stay at Pattaya Zhongtian Beach Villa. The villa is spacious, modern, and very well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The private swimming pool was a big highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both daytime fun and evening relaxation. The living areas are large and comfortable, making it great for group gatherings. Bedrooms were clean, air-conditioned, and the bathrooms were modern and convenient. The location is another plus: close to the beach, quiet, and private, yet still within easy reach of central Pattaya. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the property was easy and responsive. Overall, this villa offers great value for money, privacy, and comfort. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in Pattaya. We would definitely stay here again!

บ้านหลังใหญ่ดี

場所は、わかりずらく、タクシーで到着するのにかなり迷いました。フードを頼んだ際にも、ドライバーさんから何度も電話があったぐらい、わかりずらかったようです。 子供たちは、プールで泳ぎ、快適な時間を過ごしていました。

獨立院落，適合多人出行，入住比較方便，但是衞生環境比較一般，院子雜草沒有修剪有蚊蟲。入住期間電費和打掃需要另外付費。
