We had an unexpected emergency during our stay: our child was accidentally scalded by hot water in the restaurant. Manager KF reacted immediately and took incredible care of us. She calmly arranged a car to take us to the hospital, comforted our child throughout the whole process, and followed up closely to make sure we were okay. We were also touched by her thoughtful little gift for our child. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and heartfelt care.

Gosto muito da vista desobstruída do mar do hotel. Você pode sentar-se no quarto e olhar diretamente para o mar sem limites e para a distância acima do movimentado mundo das flores! Sendo um apartamento com serviços no centro da cidade, o ruído e a tranquilidade só são separados por um elevador. As instalações do hotel são relativamente completas, e o alto preço durante o feriado do Festival da Primavera é compreensível. O serviço remoto da governanta de beleza chinesa e do pessoal de serviço é pelo menos sincero e entusiasmado, embora a gestão de auto-serviço seja um pouco desconfortável. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Will definitely return! location – steps away from the metro and walking distance to major attractions. The hotel is nice and located in a great spot, but the breakfast variety needs significant improvement. We were very disappointed to find that an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner was automatically included in our price. This was not mentioned in our Trip.com confirmation and felt like a ”tricky” hidden fee. The food at the gala was quite simple for such a high price. On a positive note, the staff put on an interesting show featuring Thai dancing and boxing (I hope they were paid extra for their hard work!), though the singer and band were unremarkable.

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

Nós reservamos um Clube de quartos, MAS Quando chegamos, nós foram informados que a categoria de quartos FOI totalmente reservada. No entanto, a situação foi tratada de forma excepcionalmente bem, e a equipe encontrou um quarto alternativo para nós e ofereceu um desconto de taxa de quarto como gesto de boa vontade e compensação pelo erro. O hotel é bom, mas o serviço na recepção deixa a desejar. Fiz o check-in às 14h, mas só me deram o quarto às 17h, depois de esperar mais de 3 horas, e não me ofereceram nenhuma compensação. Reservei um quarto com uma bela vista pelo Trip.com e me deram outro. Reclamei com o Trip.com, mas nunca obtive resposta do hotel nem do Trip.com sobre o problema.

Sempre fico no Caesar Palace Hotel quando venho a Pattaya, já várias vezes. O atendimento é excelente e o ar condicionado é super forte. O único inconveniente é que a porta abre com chave e só fornecem uma. De resto, tudo é bom, tanto o hardware quanto o software. Apenas desta vez, o carregador de malas não foi tão proativo. Felizmente, o hotel fica no coração de Pattaya, a localização é fantástica, 👍!
