"I recently stayed at Payaa Hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the breakfast and restaurant service were excellent. The dining staff provided attentive service, taking the time to explain the various breakfast menu options in detail. The food quality truly lived up to the online reviews. The hotel itself is stylish and situated in a great location near entertainment areas.
However, the experience at the front desk was disappointing. The reception staff did not seem attentive during the check-in and check-out process. For a hotel in the price range of 2,500–4,500 THB per night, I expected a much higher standard of welcome and hospitality. While the hardware of the hotel and the dining are great, the management needs to urgently improve the service standards at the reception to match the price point.!!"

Pros:
The hotel parking lot is very large, so there is no need to worry if you visit with a private car. The hotel itself is very big, and the swimming pool facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, and it was delicious and satisfying compared to other hotels. The surrounding infrastructure is very convenient, and the hotel offers clean rooms, a smart TV, a large balcony, beautiful sea views, and friendly staff. Overall, this hotel has many advantages.
Cons:
One downside is that the room itself is quite small. Inside the room, there is only one table and one chair, so there is not much space if you want to eat food or enjoy drinks with a partner or friend.

Overall, this hotel has many strong points. The size of the hotel, cleanliness, and the surrounding infrastructure are all excellent compared to other hotels in Jomtien. However, the room size could be considered a drawback. If you book a larger room than the Deluxe Corner Sea View Room that I stayed in, you may be more satisfied with the space, but the value for money might decrease. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. If I visit Jomtien again in the future, I would consider staying at this hotel again."

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement.
First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside.
Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night.
Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant.
I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM.
Areas for improvement:
1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping.
2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

UUsuário convidadoDesta vez, depois de passar três temporadas no Hotel Altera, decidi mudar de localização e ficar mais perto do shopping Central Festival. Consultei as avaliações no Trip.com — o hotel tinha avaliações muito positivas, por isso o escolhi. Honestamente, a escolha se mostrou acertada.
O hotel é de categoria média — não é de luxo. Viajo bastante (sou DIAMOND+ no Trip.com), então tenho bastante com o que comparar. Existem hotéis com quartos maiores e piscinas maiores, mas o que realmente se destaca aqui é a localização — tudo é extremamente perto e conveniente.
O serviço durante toda a minha estadia foi excelente. Os funcionários são educados, simpáticos, sempre sorridentes e prontos para ajudar. Os cafés da manhã foram uma grata surpresa — uma grande variedade e tudo estava realmente saboroso.
A piscina fica no 7º andar. Não é grande, mas é aconchegante e relaxante. O Central Festival fica a poucos minutos de distância, e a praia também é muito perto. Fiquei no hotel por 10 dias e, no geral, gostei muito da experiência.
No entanto, a experiência de check-out em 20 de fevereiro, às 10h, prejudicou um pouco a impressão geral. Havia apenas uma recepcionista de plantão, e ela estava ocupada com outro hóspede, então tive que esperar. Quando chegou a minha vez, fui informada de que precisaria pagar a mais por uma xícara quebrada. O atendimento durante o check-out pareceu cansado e impessoal — nenhum sorriso, nenhuma despedida amigável, nenhum ”tenha uma boa viagem”. Apenas rotina e cansaço. Diante do excelente serviço prestado durante toda a minha estadia, esse momento foi decepcionante.
No geral, minha impressão do hotel é positiva. Se eu me hospedar nessa região novamente, muito provavelmente escolherei este hotel mais uma vez.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC.
The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!!
Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located 20 minutes' walk from a shopping mall and 10 min walk to Pattaya North bus station. The hotel is clean, tidy, and has a nice swimming pool where you can cool off. The rooms are nice and look new. The shower has good pressure. The gym has 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, and one more machine. It has no weight equipment, just some dumbbells. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. Thank you!

So the location is okay, the 20 min walk to beach can be annoying when its very hot though.
The room seems small, but acceptable if staying for less than 5 days.
The bed has power sockets near one side of the bed but not the other side.
The facilities are a bit strange considering the star rating of this hotel.
No slippers in the room, you may think no big deal but when your footwear has sand in it due to the beach, having a change of footwear is useful.
Only 2 pillows and 2 towels given for two people, I had to request for more (usually 4 in total is expected)
The shower pressure is fine but the water temperature will be fine for a few minutes and then burning hot - despite turning off the shower or moving the control to super cold, it makes no difference.
The daily amenities will include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner - but only 2 of these not all 3. So it's annoying when you have 2 conditioners and no shower gel.
Now all of the above issues are small and easily fixed upon request....but I think the idea of a good hotel is never having to ask - everything should just be provided and standard.
Breakfast is okay, although the first day we were told to order from a menu rather than buffet....we dislike this. But the breakfast room is quiet but the amount, variety and quality of food can be improved. Although I did like having French Toast
The room has a fridge with a small freezer section, a kettle and the hotel gives free drinking water each day.
On a more positive note the staff members are helpful and friendly.
The room AC is good (this is vital in Thailand)
I think if you want to stay in Pattaya, you can do worse than pick Levana, but you can also do better.
It would be better to pick a hotel closer to the beach, but if you are only in the town for a few days it's not so bad.
On a side point, there is a 24hr launderette on the way to beach, so this is super useful.

The property sits right by the beach, so the views are beautiful from morning to evening. The location is convenient—close enough to nearby attractions but still quiet enough to feel relaxing.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the air-conditioning worked well, and the balcony provided a great spot to unwind. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh throughout my stay.
The pool area was one of the highlights. There are plenty of loungers, the water is clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. The beach is only a few steps away, making it easy to switch between the pool and the sea.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was polite and willing to assist. Breakfast had a decent variety—nothing overly fancy, but enough options to start the day satisfied.
Overall, Welcom World Beachfront Resort is a solid choice for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront stay. It strikes a nice balance between comfort, value, and convenience. I’d happily return.

The breakfasts are decent; while the selection isn't huge, you can definitely get a filling meal. There are 3 types of fruit, plenty of vegetables, rice, spaghetti, and various meats (curry, sausages, etc.). Room cleaning is satisfactory, and the bedding and towels are clean. The pool is small, but it's rarely crowded. The entrance to the reception with luggage isn't very convenient; you either have to use the stairs or go through the parking lot via the elevator, which requires a key card. (Upon check-in, the parking staff will provide their card to access the elevator lobby).

GGizmo IanOlder of the Nova group hotels I use, perfectly adequate large comfortable studio room 40m+. Comfy huge bed, decent TV and Aircon. Plumbing reflected the age with slightly eccentric shower settings. Nice big pool area, large car park and dining, drinking options close by, and of course 7/11 within 100m. Location is perfect for me 10 mins walk to 2nd rd/3rd rd or Pattaya Klang (central) good value for large room.

MmosmoHotel is located nearby the city. It takes around 20 minutes walk to the shopping mall, Terminal 21 and around 10 minutes to Lotus supermarket. It really depends on your how fast one walk. It is hard to take the baht car on the road. But they have taxis and motorcycle outside the hotel. Only the hotel Manager can communicate in English and she is nice and accommodated. However, not all her staffs and the housekeeping teams respect her orders for our requests. During my stay, i can feel that tons of different chemicals including strong santiziers, air fresher and pesticides overused during the days and nights. My stuffs and clothings are all containmated by them. Honestly, i do not like in breathing in all these toxic when i was insid the room and when i asleep. I am very sensitive and allergic to the products they use. Especially, they should understand that it has toxic and chemical reactions if everything mixed together. It was so irritated and made me cough all the time. After I bought it up to their attentions, they sprayed more inside and outside my areas. The foods from the restaurant are not tasty and the restaurant staffs has no greeting. The restaurant is big, but it has poor condition. They has noodle soup on Sunday only. When I asked for something that is not on the table. They just responsed that they don't understand. It is not a luxury hotel and it is old. I do not like to see the molds inside the shower areas. In my room, the sink fault no good, vent was broken, air condition was not cool and very dirty. The closet has very bad smell from mixed with santiziers and pesticides smell. Their room rates are too high. The only thing I like is they have a microwave provided inside your room. I did not try their swimming pools since there was so noisy from the people and kids around. I did not enjoy my stayed.
