The rooms is small but it’s okay for just 1 night trip and great value, there is limited car park and operated on a first-come, first-served basis. The staffs were nice and helpful."

"This hotel just opened a few days ago, and I'm incredibly impressed! All the staff, including the housekeepers and maintenance, were very pleasant. First off, the parking lot is spacious and can accommodate many cars. There's a snack bar and a cafe, plus a communal fitness center. The cafe prices are reasonable and affordable. The hotel has an elevator, and the lobby air conditioning is blissfully cool 24/7. The room was unbelievably clean!!!! The bed was large, there was a TV, the AC was cool, and all the amenities were complete and convenient. There's even a hairdryer, which is great for women. My impressive experience: - The staff spoke well and offered advice without rushing guests. - The housekeepers were friendly and always greeted me whenever we met. - When the coin-operated dryer machine had an issue, maintenance was ready to support 24/7. The problem was solved in less than 10 minutes. - The cafe drinks were delicious and very well-priced!!! - The staff paid attention to all guests and were very kind; I even got a banana to eat. - The hostel was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking to relax. - Overall, I will definitely come back again."

"Almost good. Have stayed in many different Ibis Hotels over the years, but this one was a bit disappointing. Location is quite good, away from most of the nightlife, but close to beach and shopping. The room had a balcony but no desk or chair. The floorboards were loose. Aircon did not dry the air, so room was very humid. Funky smell from pillows - probably due to humidity. Hotel has a nice pool but due to tall buildings all around there is only sun from around 11 am to 2 pm. Breakfast was strange - lot of selection but missing several main items such as bacon, fried rice, tomatoes, cucumber etc."

There is a café called Calender, but it closes at 17:00, which makes it difficult for people who work online or need a quiet place in the evening. I believe the hotel could do even better by adding a small co-working area or extending the café hours. This would make Prima House an excellent choice not only for tourists, but also for digital nomads and remote workers. Overall, a very good hotel with great potential."
