"No geral é bom, mas a recepção é muito lenta... diferente de Santika em Jogya... lá a equipe é muito prestativa... nos disseram para esperar, mas nos ofereceram bebidas e depois que o quarto estava pronto, eles nos disseram que o quarto estava pronto para ser ocupado... muito prestativos... *****tara em Santika Malang... a equipe é meneng Bae... só disseram para esperar, senhora, o quarto não está pronto... é isso, não há mais nada... e mesmo depois de estar pronto, meneng Bae... se não perguntarmos, talvez eles nos deixem até a tarde... hadeeuuhh... depois de uma longa viagem... essa é toda a saudação."

"Location is a peaceful and quiet and you get a good view of the mountains in the day. However you might probably need to use gojek to get some food in if you are hungry for a snack at night. Apart from that it is a great space with 2 generously big swimming pools and many viewing decks. It is also 15 minutes away from the famous boulevard kayutangan"

"Stayed in the NEW Deluxe Queenbed Room. The room comes with a queen-size bed and a smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, etc. available — just log in with your own account). Got a room on the 8th floor: fast Wi-Fi up to 30 Mbps, and a wonderful night sky view. Highlights: Varied and delicious breakfast. A complete menu is available — appetizers, buffet breakfast, egg corner, Asian and Western dishes (photos attached). Very strategic location, close to a mall, Brawijaya University, and Muhammadiyah University. GoFood and GrabFood friendly. At night, there are tons of great food options nearby — from penyetan, martabak, red fried rice, and more — all within 0–30 minutes delivery range. Free parking for hotel guests, both at the open lobby area and in the basement. Friendly staff and excellent cleanliness! Wishing continued success to Swiss-Belinn Malang!"

"We arrived as early as 11AM and thankfully given early check in. Any hotel that did this is 5 stars in my book! Room and bathroom were clean. Drinkable water can be obtained from dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast was nice! Great selection of food, snacks, pastries, cereals, etc. Hotel location is in the heart of the city. Probably the only minus point was, as a property the hotel is not the most spacious, so less parking area available. Bunch of cars tend to queue in the morning picking up the outgoing guests."

"The location is just off the main street running through Malang, makes the hotel less affected by traffic noise. One of the minor drawbacks of this hotel is the lobby drop off area and minimal availability of parking onsite. The friendliness and helpful customer service can be felt as you step into the hotel, from the security to the receptionist and workers all radiating warm smiles. Our check in process was smooth, we were assisted to find an available room for early check-in before 1pm . The restaurant staff was also attentive and courteous. The hotel felt relatively new, only a couple years old and in great shape. The bedroom had semi firm but comfortable mattrass, with abundant pillows. Delightfully we got a 55” LG Smart Tv, with the to-date streaming services available (Netflix, Disney, Prime, Vidio, Youtube) and also cable tv showing international channels (AXN, Japanese, Arabic, etc). The room felt very cosy for resting after a long day's work or travel. The bathroom, although only had showers and no bathtub, gave great water pressure and hot water. The only complaint from the hotel is perhaps due to the connecting door, we can hear the other room's door closing and opening loudly as well as some talking from the other room. Hotel had an interesting gym for good workout, rooftop cafe/restaurant. Didnt try any of those facilities for this trip but hopefully for my next trip. This is my second stay at 101 and look forward to returning again. Also, right across the hotel is a Sara Bakery, which serves good cakes and bakery products, and has a full restaurant menu also."

"Estadia Agradável no HARRIS Hotel Malang Tive uma experiência muito agradável hospedado no HARRIS Hotel Malang. A equipe foi calorosa e acolhedora desde o início, e o processo de check-in foi tranquilo. Meu quarto estava limpo, espaçoso e confortável — perfeito para uma estadia relaxante. A área da piscina era um ótimo lugar para relaxar, e a atmosfera geral do hotel era tranquila e agradável. A localização também é conveniente, com fácil acesso ao centro da cidade e outras atrações. Um ponto que poderia ser melhorado é a seleção do café da manhã. Embora a comida fosse boa, a variedade era bastante limitada em comparação com o que eu esperava de um hotel deste nível. Apesar disso, ainda me diverti muito e consideraria me hospedar aqui novamente. Um bom lugar para relaxar enquanto explora Malang."
