"The stay in this hotel is comfortable and rooms are relatively quiet. Most of the noise comes from other guests talking loudly along the hallway, but fortunately, not excessively. The room size is very spacious with a huge bathtub in the room. It would be great if there was a hook or hanger to hang the bath towel near the tub and also an extra bath mat for the tub. I liked having a washlet in the toilet and the shower has good water pressure as well. The only issue is that the room I had seems to be a smoking room (although I had booked a non-smoking room) as I could smell lingering cigarette smoke and there was also an ashtray on the table. The most commendable part was the staff. Extremely helpful service when we had to check in and drop our luggage in a hurry to meet our guide, and the lady staff walked us out onto the street to catch a taxi and communicated to the driver where we were supposed to go. Sorry I forgot to ask for her name but I really appreciate her helpfulness!! Breakfast was included in the room and it was mostly local Sichuan dishes. Plus point on staying here is also the proximity to the train station and there's plenty of food options around."

"The hotel is across from a kindergarten. The reception is on the second floor. The stairs lead down to a gravel path, making it difficult to lug luggage. The room is located above an old residential building. Although it faces the street, the soundproof windows are excellent; with the windows closed, you can barely hear the street noise. However, the room's cleanliness is a bit questionable. See the pictures for details. There's a small table in the room, but the area underneath it hasn't been cleaned (see pictures). The floor feels a bit sticky upon entering the room, and the hotel doesn't seem to have a hair dryer. The heating is quite effective.
The attentive butler service: Upon check-out, they help carry your luggage downstairs. We accidentally left something behind after check-out, and the front desk lady found it and returned it to us."

"My first stay at HUALUXE Hotel Leshan was beyond expectations! From the warm reception by Mr. Hu at the front desk, who kindly upgraded us to a room with a minibar, the accommodation was exceptionally quiet—perfect for families with kids. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, featuring abundant local Leshan specialties like tofu brain, ka bing (stuffed buns), and both spicy/non-spicy boboji (skewered dishes). A special touch came from Ms. Lucky Mu Jin, who thoughtfully gave our child bread and yogurt. Access to the gym and swimming pool with room card registration was seamless, and the facilities were impeccably clean and well-managed. "Highly recommend this hotel! The location is convenient and easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities were complete and easy to use, and the toiletries were of high quality. The front desk staff, Xiao Li and Xiao Wei, were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious, offering excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"Quando chegamos ao hotel, meu Alipay descarregou e eu não consegui pagar a corrida de táxi! Sem problemas... uma funcionária muito prestativa da recepção, chamada Xu Ting, veio em meu socorro. Ela pagou o motorista pessoalmente com o próprio dinheiro! (Mais tarde, quando meu Alipay voltou a funcionar, eu a reembolsei.)

The hotel is conveniently located a short 3km drive from Emeishan Railway Station. Famous local attractions Leiyin Temple, Emeishan Museum and Fuhu Temple, can all be reached with a short walk. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"O quarto era espaçoso e o café da manhã bastante farto. Se você planeja fazer trilhas, avise a recepção com antecedência e eles prepararão um café da manhã para viagem. As fontes termais ficam abertas diariamente das 16h às 23h, com uma temperatura agradável da água; apenas tome cuidado com as formigas. A recepção possui um kit de primeiros socorros e é muito fácil pegar um táxi. No geral, vale a pena recomendar.
Fica a poucos minutos a pé do Centro de Visitantes do Templo Baoguo. Há muitos restaurantes em Majuqiao, mas eles são voltados principalmente para turistas; o melhor é comer na cidade. Se quiser comer perto da estrada, você pode pegar o ônibus número 5 por 1 yuan.
Para a trilha até a montanha, sugiro chegar ao centro de visitantes por volta das 5h40 para entrar na fila. O primeiro ônibus sai antes das 6h, chegando em Leidongping por volta das 7h30. BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

GGuest User🥰 The perfect haven after conquering Golden Summit, a true retreat for mind and body!
Just finished my trip to the Cloud-Kissed Golden Summit, and this hotel provided a comfort far beyond my expectations. The environment is elegant, surrounded by mountains and a lake. Waking up to the misty lake in the morning created a perfectly serene atmosphere.
Dining: The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Saturday's buffet dinner, with its seafood and specialty dishes, felt very thoughtfully put together.
Facilities: The private hot spring was a highlight. The water quality was excellent, and the privacy was superb – truly a godsend for relaxing tired muscles after a hike.
Service: The staff were warm and attentive, handling every detail with great care.
From its location and environment to the service, everything was impeccable. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience.
Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service!
Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay.
Facilities:
The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale.
Location:
About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient.
Breakfast:
Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting.
Environment:
The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Overall:
The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

UUsuário anônimoI'm so impressed with this hotel/resort. It gives the vibe of luxury and comfortability. Its location is so close to Emeishan Railway Station. If you don't carry big luggage, you could wait for the bus Line 13. It's only four bus stops away, opposite a gas/patrol station. For me, I boarded a taxi from the train station and the hotel paid for it.
The staff were wonderful and helpful to me. As I don't speak Chinese, they were eager to help, using the mobile translation app, to make sure my stay was comfortable and convenient.
The room I stayed in was huge, with two queen size beds, decorated to accommodate a family with children. I love the big private bath tub next to a wide window, allowing you to enjoy the view. It's clearly designed for families with young children. There was even a big giant teddy bear and a tipi in the middle of the room for kids to enjoy.
The hotel also has a full size swimming pool. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use it as I spent a lot of time in my huge private bath tub.
I want to give special thanks to Ms. ”Little Horse” for being so welcoming and helpful. She even gave me a bottle of drinking water when I checked out and arranged a taxi for me returning to the train station. Impressive!

I was on the 4th floor and didn't find it that nice in the sense that a mosquito still flew in and bit me during the night (you could hear it in the room). And because there's no solid wall separating you from the living room (there's just a shelf), there wasn't any way to effectively shut the mosquito out. The night porridge also came with a piece of hair in it so from that point on, I stopped asking for the nighttime porridge.
The staff are not that nice and are actually quite rude. For example, the lady who made my milk tea and most of the front-desk staff with the exception of one. I have to shout out the shuttle driver; he was so incredibly friendly and really made me feel welcome, while everyone else made me feel like a hassle. My Chinese isn't that great but I try my best, and the lady who made the free milk tea acted like a burden when I asked her to repeat things and didn't even bother explaining what it was. They are not that friendly over WeChat either compared to other hotels I've stayed at.
Again, I have to shout out the shuttle driver. I never got his name but he was so cheerful and nice. He also helped unclog the toilet several times; not sure if there was some kind of plumbing issue but it clogged almost every single time and so I unfortunately called him a lot. But he was so patient and helpful every single time and he is the highlight of my stay. Everyone else should adopt his attitude rather than being cold over the WeChat customer service support chat, or basically shouting at you because you are having trouble understanding the free milk tea options.

The hotel staff were all friendly and meticulous. There were even lifeguards on duty at the heated swimming pools for both indoor and outdoor.
Though it wasn't a private onsen room, the onsen facilities were easy to navigate to, and the room came with beautiful views.
Their onsen facilities were clean, and came with a wide variety. The hotel had temperature indicated for each onsen, and all indoor onsen pools had different herbal onsens. The outdoor onsen pools were pretty interesting and fun too. One was for kids that came with a water play feature, the other one was a swirly pool for adults (the swirls were pretty strong, so make sure your child is supervised by an adult at all times).
The changing rooms were also spacious and clean.
There's also a vendor in the indoor heated pool and onsen area selling snacks and drinks. You have the option of sitting and lounging around with the tables and lounging chairs available.
Our hotel room was very spacious and clean for our family of four. There are restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel, so meals and purchases were very convenient.
The hotel restaurant and breakfast was alright, though not fantastic compared to better food choices in Chengdu.
The hotel location is fantastic as it was just a 10-15 mins drive away to the entrance of Emeishan.
Overall, though it was only a one night stay, we had a great experience and time here.
