The architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and wilderness. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including courtyards, guest rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a cafe. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

Before coming to Emei Utopia Hentique Resort, I called and used their free gift pick-up service from Emeishan railway station. One of their staff was waiting with a sign and welcomed us warmly. The drive to the resort was very good. Upon arriving at the hotel, employees at reception helped us with a lot of information about the Mount Emei climb. The room is very well designed, a mix of traditional and modern architecture. Definitely, a room highlight is the garden with hot springs, I enjoyed it immensely. I would definitely come back to this place, I recommend it.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

This time I stayed at the Hongzhushan Zen Mountain Retreat in Emei Mountain, and the experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, making travel a breeze. Surrounded by dense forest, the air is fresh, making you feel like you're in a forest oxygen bar. The environment is tranquil and elegant. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive. A customer service manager even visited and added me on WeChat, so I could contact them anytime with questions. The rooms were neat and clean, with good facilities, including a private hot spring bath, offering excellent privacy. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Relaxing in the room with a hot spring bath, accompanied by the forest breeze, was a wonderful overall experience. It's definitely worth another visit!

We stayed here on our first night after arriving from Australia.  This was the perfect place to start our holiday.  The hotel exceeded our expectations, with large, well appointed, comfortable rooms.  Some highlights were the excellent buffet breakfast with selection of local foods, western breakfasts.  We have to especially mention Keshi, who helped us find a local restaurant for a late dinner and helped organise transport to and from the restaurant, making sure we were OK, and checking to make sure we were well prepared for the next day at Emeishan.  A great experience. O Hongzhushan Hotel vale a pena visitar várias vezes! O serviço é atencioso e impecável, com cada membro da equipe sendo educado e fazendo você se sentir em casa. O ambiente é lindo e sereno, cercado por montanhas e com riachos murmurantes, onde o verde exuberante eleva o humor e instantaneamente alivia o estresse. Você pode até desfrutar da paisagem do lago enquanto caminha. Os quartos são confortáveis e agradáveis, com um estilo de decoração elegante e grandioso. A roupa de cama é suave para a pele e o banheiro é confortável, mostrando a qualidade nos detalhes. A localização é excelente, bem ao lado da área cênica do Monte Emei, permitindo que você comece sua caminhada a pé, economizando tempo e esforço. As instalações são completas, com uma casa de chá e áreas de lazer com um estilo elegante, tornando-o o lugar perfeito para relaxar e rejuvenescer durante sua viagem.

O serviço é excelente para todos OS funcionários que cuidam de nossas necessidades durante a nossa estadia.A transferência gratuita de estação ferroviária para o hotel é conveniente. Referência especial ao Sr. Li, o gerente do hotel, que era fácil de lidar, e ele tentou resolver as questões durante a nossa estadia. O hotel é renovado NOS últimos anos, parece bom, é limpo, mas a funcionalidade Das quartos não é tão bem projetada Como poderia ter sido. This is the hotel you should go to if you want good onsen facilities and great views from your room. The hotel staff were all friendly and meticulous. There were even lifeguards on duty at the heated swimming pools for both indoor and outdoor. Though it wasn't a private onsen room, the onsen facilities were easy to navigate to, and the room came with beautiful views. Their onsen facilities were clean, and came with a wide variety. The hotel had temperature indicated for each onsen, and all indoor onsen pools had different herbal onsens. The outdoor onsen pools were pretty interesting and fun too. One was for kids that came with a water play feature, the other one was a swirly pool for adults (the swirls were pretty strong, so make sure your child is supervised by an adult at all times). The changing rooms were also spacious and clean. There's also a vendor in the indoor heated pool and onsen area selling snacks and drinks. You have the option of sitting and lounging around with the tables and lounging chairs available. Our hotel room was very spacious and clean for our family of four. There are restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel, so meals and purchases were very convenient. The hotel restaurant and breakfast was alright, though not fantastic compared to better food choices in Chengdu. The hotel location is fantastic as it was just a 10-15 mins drive away to the entrance of Emeishan. Overall, though it was only a one night stay, we had a great experience and time here.
