"My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!"

YYaoZ77感受很好。房間寬敞舒適，衞生非常好。早餐品種豐富。泳池條件很不錯，節日期間還準備了很多小童娛樂設施，孩子很喜歡。酒店位置很好，步行就可以到金湖公園。酒店服務人員認真熱情，入住離開都送了水果。本次入住最值得稱讚的就是管家Maggie，服務細緻入微，態度温柔得體，從入住引導到需求響應都十分及時，總能提前考慮到客人所需，專業又有温度，讓人真正感受到賓至如歸的體驗。

Ttravelling with teensThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

UUsuário convidadoThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc.
The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

服務：服務非常的一流。嗯，這已經是第2次入住了上一次入住的時候覺得他們的房型非常的適合一家子老少一起出門一起入住，他們有家庭聯通房，有一個廳，然後有兩個卧室，這樣大家都有各自的空間，非常的好。嗯，然後在前廳加了邱經理的微信，提前預訂了房間。邱經理的服務非常到位，他對酒店房型配置非常清楚，很好的回答了我關於房型預訂的問題，充分體現了專業性。老顧客第2次入住的時候還送了水果，還可以申請升級房型和寶寶的浴袍啊。寶寶的拖鞋呀，寶寶的床為呀啊這家酒店的服務真是非常的親子，非常適合親子服務，很貼心，很人性化。

Ssyssss作為小城當地最好的酒店，設施條件還算可以了，尤其是節假日期間兩百多的價格，對比於京城的物價，遛娃夠了。火燒還可以，幾天時間把驢肉、牛肉、豬肉的都吃了，挺香。但實在是沒啥玩的。偶爾來一次得了。

UUsuário convidado開始沒弄明白怎麼在軟件上下訂單，直接給老闆娘打電話，老闆娘人特別好，説確定來就提前給預留了一間房間，小小的賓館，屋子特別的乾淨，留的家庭房也很温馨，有回家的感覺，每一間房間外面的景色都是不一樣的美，特別喜歡這樣的地方，老闆兩口還有很多細節都很照顧，還有最重要的一點，去景區一定不要直接在網上團景區票，一定先給老闆打電話，讓老闆幫購，能省很多錢，這是一次非常不錯的旅行，下次還會光顧這家。

The hot springs were clean and hygienic, except for the fluff of catkins floating on the outdoor hot springs. The hotel room is moderate in size, the bedding is comfortable, it is very quiet at night, and I had a good rest.

If you go swimming at night, the facilities are very good. The most important thing is the hotel staff. The layout of the room is reasonable, and the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly. For me, who is a germophobe, every corner is cleaned, which is really great.
