"The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit.
The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue.
We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell."

"The size of the room is suitable for the whole family to travel. There is a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, and a bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. The floor-to-ceiling bay windows are pleasing to the eye. I brought the kitten and was welcomed. The kitten ran upstairs and downstairs to play. I slept in the highest place at night. I was happy and clean. The facilities were complete, clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable and the service was thoughtful. Have the opportunity to come again."

"Cheguei um pouco atrasado, mas o funcionário foi muito acolhedor e me ajudou com o check-in. Foi uma experiência muito calorosa e agradável; o funcionário era como da família. A acomodação também era muito boa. Normalmente sou preguiçoso demais para escrever avaliações, mas ficar aqui por uma noite realmente me fez sentir cuidado e acolhido. Nota 10! 👍

Special Thanks to Mr. Guo zihan who was very helpful and always ready to serve whatever he can do inspite the language barrier they were really amazing people .

Housekeeping is polite and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. There are many food places nearby.
The room is modern with all the necessary amenities, including USB charging. Bathroom and laundry are perfect.

UUsuário convidado野三坡來了好幾回了，但第一次住到各方面都非常滿意的酒店。從房間的床品、佈置到整個酒店的氛圍都是非常舒適且輕鬆愉悦的，真的很適合放空。前台的入住是老闆自己親自盯店，性格非常好~給我們推薦各種可玩的性價比高的遊樂項目，甚至為了十塊錢的優惠親自開車十幾分鍾過來幫砍價哈哈哈！！房間有小問題處理的也很及時，住的這兩天跟老闆都快聊成朋友了哈哈哈哈，下次再來野三坡肯定衹住這家啦~

The place is in a quiet area just few minutes from the entrance to the 野三坡 park. If you came there looking for peace and quiet this is the place to stay. Small parking next to the entrance is a benefit as well. Different rooms with different setup. I bet you can find what you need. Single, double, triple. Couple with kid... Pick what suits you best.
